- The Narrows - With your guide, you’ll take short ride on the shuttle, making your first stop at the Temple of Sinawava- where you’ll learn about ancient legends! After a short 1 mile hike you’ll have reached the starting point of the Narrows Bottom Up Hike via the Virgin River. There will be plenty of opportunity to learn how this canyon was formed!
The Zion Narrows is the main focus of this group guided tour, which is at most a 5 mile hike. While there is minimal elevations gain, you can expect to be hiking up steam and navigating rocks underneath the water.

Zion National Park- Utah’s first named national park. Today is all about hiking Zion’s famous canyon, carved out over millions of years by the Virgin River. Spend most of the day hiking up stream via the Narrows Bottom Up hike. And should time permit, you might find yourself on other highlights of Zion National Park. Our guides are master naturalists, botanists, geologists, historians, and - most importantly - relentlessly curious!
All small-group tours will make a stop at Zion Outfitter in the morning before entering the park. Here, you can rent and pay for Narrows gear directly. You can reserve gear from Zion Outfitter, otherwise gear is first-come-first-served! Zion National Park has implemented a shuttle system, expect to ride this with your guide to access certain hikes/ trails.
If the Narrows are closed on the day of your tour, rest assured that you will still be treated to a comprehensive tour of Zion National Park.

Great Solo Experience - I had a great time on this tour. John is an extremely knowledgeable guide. He not only knew a lot about the area but also was safe. He organized the day in a way that allowed me to get the most out of it. We hiked up to Scouts landing and also went quite a ways up the narrows. Both experiences were great. I really can’t say enough about the experience. Would definitely work with him again in the future!

John, the Best Tour Guide Ever - We could not have asked for a better tour guide, John was very knowledgeable and kept us informed. He was very patient with all of us and lead us through the narrows as far as we wanted to go. He also provided all kinds of snacks that included chips, Gatorade, and slim Jim’s. His van was also very clean and organized. John had a good personality and seemed to have a people personality which I think is critical for being a good tour guide. He also seem to know the park very well and took us to all the hidden spots. Because of the heat he worked with us to modify the trip as needed. Of all the tours we took he was the best tour guide we have had.

100% go to for a jam packed Zion adventure - Full day of our choice adventures. The group was small and capable. Our guide, John provided us with the information, timeliness, and rest to get as much out of the day as we could. We had time for pictures at different points of the journey as well as some intensity. History and snacks added that little extra awesome. Our guide was thoughtful to my allergies and all of our requests. I would absolutely book again!

Amazing! - This had been the best tour and guide I have ever experience. John’s dedication and passion for his works is reflected on the way he cares for his costumers. It honestly felt like I was traveling with a friend. I extremely appreciated and loved the way he pushed me (first time hiker) in such a caring and safe way.

Awe-inspiring day of hiking with John-/guide extraordinaire! - The full-day Zion hike was awe-inspiring! John was an outstanding guide--flexible, supportive, engaging, and knowledgeable! We started early to avoid the heat and hiked the four miles up to Scout Lookout! The whole hike up was picture worthy! Next we spent a couple hours enjoying a refreshing slog through the cool waters of the Narrows which was unlike anything we'd ever experienced! It was the perfect day of hiking for my son and I. We'll never forget it!

Great tour - We enjoyed our Zion tour. We had John as a tour guide who had heaps of knowledge of the area and was eager to share with us. He adjusted the tour to meet our needs. Would do this tour again.

Beautiful tour terrible guide. - We did a hiking tour in Zion with our guide Adam. He was on time and very polite, the issues came with his knowledge of the park and geology. While Adam was very confident in his facts, they were just wrong. He has a fundamental knowledge of the area, but asked scientific questions he would just fabricate complicated answers that sounded correct but were wrong. I would hope that for the amount we paid to go on this hike our guide would have a better understanding of the geography of the area.
And most egregious was when would take breaks he would "sneak" off and come stoned.
I would not recommend using this company.
