- Hassel Island - Archaeological research has proven the existence of early Caribbean Indian cultures on Hassel Island. One site has been identified on the southeastern shore, as well as the discovery of a Zemi artifact on the shoreline. This site is characteristic of the Saladoid culture which originated in the Orinoco River Basin in what is now Venezuela. These Indians began migrating northward in approximately 500BCE.

Join us for an hour-long guided jet ski tour on the beautiful waters of the Virgin Islands. Feel the power of driving your personal jet ski throughout the waters of the Caribbean at your own speed around the adjacent cays of St. Thomas including Hassel and Water Islands. The tour will include a few stops throughout the adventure for your professional guide to highlight the area. You might even witness a plane landing at the airport!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Prices are per jet ski.
Must be an adult (18+) to operate.
Adults (18+) must operate their own ski.
Child riders are free (ages 10-17).
Children less than 10 years of age are not permitted.
All participants must know how to swim.
- Adults (ages 18+) must operate their own ski. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a ski.
- Child riders are free (ages 10-17). Children less than 10 years old are not permitted.
- All participants must know how to swim. Participants will be required to swim approximately 20 yards and climb aboard the ski unassisted prior to departure. This is to simulate ocean reboarding should the participant be tossed from the ski during the tour.
- Operators are not allowed to participate if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If suspected, the staff reserves the right to cancel the tour with no refund.
- A credit card deposit is required to operate.
- Single operators cannot weigh more than 250 pounds. Operator and rider combined cannot weigh more than 350 pounds.

Please check in 15 minutes prior to departure at the Dockside Watersports Center. Follow signs from the lobby at the Westin at Frenchman's Reef. If utilizing the hotel's self-parking, please plan for an additional 20 minutes to park and pay at the hotel's front desk.

St Thomas by jet ski - Had a fantastic time touring the harbor of St. Thomas. Our guide took us to several islands and beaches including Brewer’s Bay where we saw Sea Turtles. One of our favorite moments was when we stopped right at the end of the runway in the water as jets came in to land. Would definitely like to do this tour again!

Must do excursion! - Amazing first time experience. Our guide was great, really knowledgeable and the views were spectacular. The waters were a bit choppy so definitely caught some air going over the bigger waves 🌊 made for a great memory- 1000% recommend!

Fun in the sun - Our guide (Jamoy) I hope I didnt ruin his name … was AMAZING. I thought 1 hour would be long enough but it was perfect. We took great photos, and the open water was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting the islands

A fast jet skiing experience - One of the memorable parts was stopping at water Island, and listening to the history of the island, and then stopping where the sea turtles were located. I wish we had stopped at Hassal Island to get some background history from the guide, but he continued the tour, and I felt very rushed. I wish we had a few more breaks to learn more history about different parts of these islands.
