Not impressed with our kayaking experience - We didn’t get lucky and see much sea life during our time out on the kayaks that night which wasn’t at all the fault of the operators. I wouldn’t want to do this again personally, but another group at another time could have a totally different experience. With this, it can be luck of the draw, of which we were not so lucky.

St Thomas night life from a marine animal POV - Our tour guide was super friendly, funny, and did everything possible to make sure we got to see as many nocturnal animals despite karaoke affecting the animals coming out. I really appreciated the animal facts and history!

Fun after the sun. - We were on the sunset/dinner cruise. Crew were attentive and informative. All very friendly and enhanced the fun. Food was delicious and ‘Painkillers’ were free-flowing. We would definitely recommend this cruise!

Great evening excursion - The kayaking itself was relaxing. But getting to see through the bottom of the kayak and view the sea life, made this trip AWESOME! The guides were pleasant and knowledgeable.

No light on our lighted kayak tour then no response from the company to make it right - Very disappointing! Light went out on our kayak at about 1/2 way. Guide couldn’t fix it. Said the battery was probably not fully charged! We couldn’t see anything in the water after that so while other 2 kayaks were looking at fish we were missing out! I emailed the company when they sent me a link for a survey. That was 2 days ago. No response! Our guide also said he would let management know of our poor experience.

Skip - Save your money and spend it on a snorkeling excursion instead . Short trip and really can’t see much thru kayak bottom - guide needs a bigger flashlight

Didn't get to do the tour. Won't respond to calls or emails. - Not sure about their adventures, but their customer service gets a big, fat 0/10. We were staying *at the Westin* and wanted to participate in the evening kayak tour that was offered there *at the Westin.* Booked the tour through the concierge *at the Westin* on 12/15 around 2pm for a tour that same evening at 7pm. We weren't told that we would need to leave the *Westin* and go to the *Marriott* for our tour. Yes, we were told to go to the "VI Cat Dock," but 1) we had never been to USVI before, 2) didn't know what the "VI Cat Dock" was, 3) we not told we would need to leave the property, and 4) had no reason to think we would be going anywhere other than the kayaks located right there at the resort. Yes, here on Trip Advisor it explicitly states the tour is at the Marriott, but I wasn't on trip advisor...or even the internet, for that matter. I booked this all in person at our resort. Of course it was an evening event so I was unable to reach their office when we couldn't locate our tour group. LONG story short, never got to go on the tour and left USVI the next morning, so I was unable to get this addressed while on the island. I left messages for St. Thomas Water Sports the night of the trip while I was exasperatedly trying to locate the tour as well as after returning home. My calls were never returned. I requested a refund from the resort since the were the ones who charged my card and the resort stated that the vendor (St. Thomas Water Sports) refused to refund the charges. So I replied to the email St. Thomas Water sports sent requesting reviews all over the internet and asked again for a refund. They have never replied to the email. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and am going to do as they requested and leave them reviews all over the place.

Rip off. Stay away from Frenchman’s Cove lighted Kayak tour. - I do not recommend this event. Our 1 hour lighted Kayak tour from Frenchman’s Cove lasted only 40 minutes including the instruction and introduction. The guide was questioned about it but didn’t care. The event was even worse for one poor kayaker whose illumination lamp stopped working after 15 minutes. They had to finish their lighted tour in the dark.

Upset I didn’t book with another company - I went with my husband and my two pre teens. The experience thought is nice but when we arrived, he explained the protocols. He didn’t give us glow in the dark paint to put on ourselves. Our boats had dirty clear floors that we weren’t able to see the activity in the water below us. We ran into 2 other different groups at sea. They had neon glow stick lighta around them, bracelets, headbands, and necklaces, they also were in full CLEAR boats. They wear able to see under them and side of themselves they got to fully experience an amazing view. My girls were upset they couldn’t even hear our host explaining to us about the area. I recommend to book with another company and ask what kind of equipment they’re going to provide to get the full experience you paid for. Our host was a great guy nothing against him, but if he is uploading photos on his promotion for his company he should provide the same experience to other new clients
