Great tour - Exceptional experience! Thabang was incredibly kind and provided an unforgettable tour. Our visit to Soweto was a highlight, walking through the township and immersing ourselves in its culture. The Mandela House tour was especially moving and informative, offering valuable insights into his life and legacy.
The only drawback was that the Hendrick Pietersen Museum was closed, unfortunately preventing us from visiting. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend Thabang as a guide.

A great way to spend an afternoon!! - Cosmos was brilliant, also the preliminary guy who picked me up from the hotel and gave a general outfit the tour, then the other individual guides who guided us through each section of the tour.
I learnt so much and was pleased that I made the effort to do the Soweto half day as it was so good!!!
Thank you Cosmos for a brilliant afternoon!!!

Soweto & Apartheid museum tour - The tour guide was knowledgeable and very polite he was able to answer questions asked as best as he could with facts.
The tour of Nelson Mandela house was awesome and emotional all at the same time.
The apartheid museum was very raw emotional and educational.
Soweto the people are beautiful it breaks my heart to the condition where some of the people liv but they all so polite.

Committed, Reliable, Knowledgeable Tour Guides - I did a half day tour in Soweto and it was excellent from start to finish.
The communication both with Thabang and Tumi ahead of the tour was flawless.
They are well-organised and reliable. They picked me up ahead of the time agreed and dropped me off based on my preference. Both are very knowledgeable and able to answer all sorts of questions. Safety is of utmost importance to them. At no time was I exposed to a hazardous situation. I felt I am in good hands at all times. They also checked in with me after the tours to see if I am well.
Also, I was given flexibility during the tour so I could fit in specific things I wanted to do and see, for instance, that I was able to spent more time in one of the museums. I booked another custom-made tour for the next day which shows that both positively respond to individual request. So there was room for spontaneity and I didn't feel I was rushed through a standardised tour.
Overall, Tumi and Thabang are very professional and competent tour guides, but more important they are kind, well-balanced and good-hearted people. Will return 🙂
