Embark on an adventure to the breathtaking Algar waterfalls departing from either Albir or Benidorm. Benefit from a hassle-free hotel transfer and unwind by immersing yourself in tranquil pools with soft flowing streams.
Your expedition begins with a collection by air-conditioned bus from one of the four locations in Albir and Benidorm. Once all the guests are aboard, the journey to Algar takes approximately 35-40 minutes.
Upon reaching, you will be allocated 3-hours of independent time to discover the waterfalls and the nearby area at your leisure.
The waterfalls are structured on multiple levels with distinctive spots where you can splash around, a designated area for diving, and calm streams and pools for those needing a gentle break from the scorching noon sun.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Anybody with walking difficulties will have very limited access to the waterfalls due to the number of steps
- Manual collapsible wheelchairs can be stored in the coach luggage hold, however, the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulations
- Dress code is casual smart, comfortable walking shoes are recommended
- Not suitable for people with mobility problems
- Beach / swimming shoes are advisable
- Food & drinks are not allowed in the falls
- All passengers must be suitably dressed in order to travel with a top covering the torso and shorts as a minimum. Sheer / mesh clothing will not be permitted.
- The waterfalls are very busy during the summer months

Waterfalls - Fabulous trip to the beautiful waterfalls, kids had fun as did us adults. 3 hours was just long enough to have dips in 2 separate areas of the falls, picnic and icecream/drinks in the restaurant.
Tour guide Will was excellent, supplied us with useful knowledge and a good sense of humour!
Juan Carlos, our driver was very friendly and efficient too.
Great trip, would recommend.

Beautiful falls 40 mins from Benidorm - Comfortable air conditioned coach. Arrived on time. We had a missing person on our return journey and the company did not leave until they knew that person was safe.
We had a very informative journey there and got to try the local fruit which was very tasty.
We did have some rain but didn’t stop us or spoil the beauty of the waterfalls.
Reasonably priced food at the cafeteria and hotel. Something a bit different if you’ve been to Benidorm before and want something a bit different.

Excellent service, great trip. - Booked at the shop in Benidorm just up from Morgan’s Tavern. Agent was friendly and explained everything and answered all questions.
The trip was excellent. Charlotte out tour guide was very attentive friendly and chatty. Very approachable and nothing was too much bother. Shout out for Alberto our driver who kept us safe. Will definitely use next year when we come back to Benidorm. After chatting with Charlotte we will book the trip to Valencia.

Amazing experience - We booked this excursion through get your guide and were greeted by Wilf from Around Town Travel. What a lovely man he was. Couldn’t do enough for you and was there to help wherever he could. Honestly couldn’t have wished for a better guide. An absolutely asset to the team. Thank you so much Wilf and will happily recommend you to friends from home for their trips to Benidorm in the future. Also another shout out to David the coach driver. Another lovely man and could have a laugh with both of them.

Excellent trip to do whilst in Benidorm - We booked this trip at an exchange bureau and were amazed at how cheap it was 22.50 Euros per person for half a day at the Algar Waterfalls . We were picked up at 10:10am which was a great time at a location near our hotel. It took approximately 35 minutes to get there . We were escorted on the coach by Stuart who was there to look after us he very informative and made our custom feel valued. On the coach we were offered a dining package which was either a Tuna or a ham and cheese baguette and a choice of a soft drink or beer or wine in the Don Juan restaurant near to the falls for 7 Euros per person and after you had eaten you had the use of their swimming pool again this was a bargain it was too good to miss. We was dropped at the second entrance at the waterfalls which made if easier for those with some walking difficulties . I would not recommend the falls if you are unstable in your feet and cannot walk over rocks as it was quite treacherous. We had 3 hours there which was plenty to walk up and down the falls swim in the pools have a rest and then go to eat and have a swim in the pool at the Don Juan . The falls were absolutely beautiful and the landscape was very scenic. I am so pleased I booked this trip and both the coach driver and Stuart were pleasant and gave excellent customer service if was a pleasure to use this company

Lovely trip but few issues - Didn’t start well when coach arrived for pick up & our names weren’t on the list, despite me having the booking confirmation & voucher.
Luckily space was available on the coach so we set off.
Out of the 5 restaurants there only 2 were open.
First look at waterfalls was a little underwhelming but we walked up to the top (LOTS of steps), & went in the very cold water for a splash & some lovely photos.
We ended up thoroughly enjoying the trip, but more frustration when coach to collect us was 30mins late…..despite being given warnings that if we were late, we’d be left behind!!

AVOID, AV0ID, AVOID!!! - Unfortunately we didn't go anywhere because the bus did not pick us up!! Complained at the Travel centre in Benidorm and were 'conveniently' accused of being a 'no show'. Now, one would hardly pay a €60 Taxi fare, just for the fun of it and not show up at the allocated pick up point. .I would advise future customers not to bother. €90 down the drain, no refund. No alternative offer. A complete and utter waste of space. Be warned!!!

Waterfall - I would not waste your money going here. The waterfall looks nothing like the picture. It’s over crowded & full of Spanish.
We got the coach there & back so we’re stuck there for the day. Total waste of time & money
