Fab day out - Excellent day out, the kids really enjoyed themselves. We will definitely come back when we are on holiday again!! We also bought some of the photos, these were great quality pictures bought as a download for printing when back home.

Great day trip - Really enjoyed this waterpark, good rides, generally short queues and lots of variety/something for everyone.

It is what it is - have fun - Yes there are much bigger water parks in the world today but there is still enough here to enjoy for a good few hours. And yes, it's an older waterpark but still pretty good all round fun. Look past the negative comments.

Day trip on holiday - Visited the aqua park whilst on holiday due to the hotel being in close proximity. What a good day out loads of different watersides for kids of all different heights and different pool areas for younger kids. Plus lots for the thrill seeking adults. Staff were all very nice and polite. Would definitely recommend for a family day out. Just note none of the pools are heated.

Water park and slides - It’s a nice waterpark if a bit small by other parks it was clean and tidy and well laid out The staff are friendly we went on the bus service which collected us at park For teens it’s just about ok but a half say would have been loads

Good way to spend an afternoon without breaking the bank. - Visited with a 14, 12 and 10 year old. They enjoyed most of the slides, some they didn’t fancy, rather than due to height restriction. There were enough slides for them to be well occupied for the 3 hours we were there and I thought it offered good value. Would say a half day ticket is more than enough. The lifeguards all seemed attentive to me. They could do with more rings for the rapids and a deep clean of the sunbeds, but there were constant cleaners around and there was immediate seating available and no huge queues for anything. Biggest was the rapids at around 10 mins. Compared to Siam Park - it’s much smaller but much more accessible and less crowded (having been to both in October half term) and much cheaper. Will take that for faded paintwork!

Ok but safety is an issue - It's ok. Our kids (aged 13 and 9) loved it, even though they both picked up bruises and scratches. I tried a few slides. The first couple were fine but the third I tried was awful and I felt like I had really injured myself. It was odd as they were just straight blue slides, but we're incredibly fast and the water sprays in your face do you have no idea when you are reaching the end of the slide. I was gasping for air at the bottom and visibly distressed, not that any staff noticed. I refrained from the slides after that. The food was actually pretty good and I can't fault the bus service. It's dated and needs an update and I think they need to improve their safety standards. I only give it 3 stars because my kids loved it, but it actually really shook me up and two days later I am still sore. I was genuinely worried I had some real damage that would be difficult to repair.

Avoid the yellow tube slide! - We visited Aqualand Costa Teguise on a half day ticket. The lockers are easy to use, but the code is printed on paper, so unless you have someone sitting out with a bag this will get wet. We wrote the number on our wrist in biro to keep it with us. We enjoyed the majority of slides on offer, although the rapids are quite aggressive and if you have long legs is a bit tight and results in a few leg bangs. AVOID the yellow spiral open air tube slide at the back corner of the park. Three of our group went on this. The first two came down and although they got to the end without injury they came down at a heck of a speed and almost flipped out of their rings. The third group member had to flip themself on purpose out of their ring to avoid going over the top/edge of the slide, resulting in a head injury and a cut eyelid. (Witnessing this at the bottom was terrifying! The tube could be seen over the top edge of the slide and we feared they would come over the top, so by flipping himself out inside the slide was the best thing). Lots of blood. sterile strips were applied by the onsite medic, who was very helpful, but did agree that the slide where the injury occurred is ‘too fast!’ We feel this particular slide should not be open or serious adjustments made. We would hate for anyone else to become seriously injured on it, so please avoid and take care on all other park slides.

Disgusting - Seriously, do not waste your money ! This place is FILTHY. I went into the ladies toilets, one cubicle had poo on the floor & the other had sick. The sink was full on sick. The sun loungers are dirty and the swimming pools are dirty. The whole place is a health and safety hazard!!!!! I do not normally write bad reviews but I feel I cannot ignore this!
