Great experience highly recommended - Highly recommend this tour our driver was courteous helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted to see the real Tenerife and we got to see the highest village in Spain which was very quaint and traditional and the stunning national park. We were also on our own so it ended up being a private tour. Excellent!

Amazing trip - We had an amazing time on this tour. Our tour guide Miguel was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering any questions we had. We had multiple stops for pictures and it being a smaller group made it feel more personal.

Great excursion - Booking easy on line and company messaged for any additional queries we had. Drove to Teide with several stops en route Filipe was really knowledgeable about the area and pointed out great cafes and shops during the stop, bought some beautiful local wine in Vilaflor. Have used Comfort Tours before and would again much more personal than sitting on a coach being talked at as we ask questions through out the trip. Also took us to a stop to see sunset but lots of Sahara desert dust so took us up a trial to get a fabulous view of it. Would highly recommend

Miguel and this tour were fantastic! - Can not recommend the tour more!!!! Miguel was fantastic and showed us all around the Park and made a few stops along the way for us to take some really great photos! He was full of knowledge and made us feel like he was a life long friend! Breathe taking views don't even do Mt Tiede justice!

Teide half day trip - Philip is a great guide, very informative and fun for all ages. Speaks (at least!) Fluent english spanish german and Dutch. We took our baby on the trip because he could cater a maxicosi and entertain our 5 month old son. Very honest pricing also. Big recommendation from us!.

Great experience - Tour was great, quick and efficient, we saw all the points that we had on our personal itinerary, and we had comfortable group of 4 people (excl. guide and his lovely doggy).

Superb! Go with this tour! - What an amazing trip from a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Thank you Francois! We were picked up from our hotel on time, and the day went really smoothly from beginning to end, traveling in a brand new and very comfortable people carrier We stopped regularly to see the highlights of the park; always having enough time and never feeling rushed. After a great trip, Francois stopped off to enable us to have a great lunch at a superb Canarian restaurant ( not included in the price obviously!) Customer Service was brilliant from beginning to end, and when we inadvertently left some sunglasses in the car, they were dropped back off to us the next morning. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Amazing tour with a great guide - We did the small group half day tour and it was absolutely fabulous and the highlight of our week away. Our guide Francois (hopefully spelt right) picked us up from our hotel and arrived early which was great. He was accompanied by his small dog Chica who was adorable and well known at every one of our stops. Our guide explained where we would be stopping and was very knowledgeable and not intrusive at all. He spoke excellent English and in fact could speak a number of languages. He stopped at interesting places and good places for the best photos, nothing was too much trouble. He went out of his way to make sure his group of six had a great time, he even helped us out ordering lunch and was happy for the group to take our time which meant the trip was longer than anticipated but for all the right reasons which enhanced our experience. Through my own stupidity I left a pair of expensive sun glasses in the van, only realising when back in my hotel room. I called the Comfort Tours office who confirmed the Guide was no longer with the van but would make enquiries and drop them at my hotel the next day, which is exactly what they did. Brilliant service and I will definitely use them again. Thank you to all at Comfort Tours.

Very good, but description should be clearer - Very good, but would have been better if it had been clearer that the cable car tickets and application to visit the crater needed to be applied for considerably in advance. All the description said was 'tickets not included' This led to some disappointment as the impression given was that these could be purchased at the time. Our driver and guide was great, but clearly a trip to Mt Teide that doesn't actually include Mt Teide reduces the value.
