Teide - I enjoyed the magnificent landscape of Teide National Park and I was able to climb Teide volcano. I got a lot of free time and enjoyed it at my own pace.

Incredible views make the... - Incredible views make the journey worthwhile. Tour guide was great. Just be aware that if you are staying in Golf de Sur then realistically you are getting up before 7 and not getting back until 4 so it is a long day. Also pay attention to the guidance on clothing. It was 3 or 4 degrees up there and with the windchill it is freezing.

Amazing Experience - Absolutely loved this trip. We had Julian as our guide and he was so charismatic and provided an excellent insight to everything Teide. The transport arrived on time and everything was fantastically organised. Coach was air conditioned as well. Based on this experience we will definitely be booking more excursions with this company

Fantastic views - Great trip very early start as we were the first to be picked up, also very long day as last to be dropped off. However Julian our guide was so knowledgable and gave a good commentary throughout. We had an issue with our original bus but that was rectified in an organised and timely fashion we changed buses and all was well, it made us a bit behind schedule but otherwise not a problem. The park and the Mountain View’s were breathtaking, unfortunately the cable car was closed due to bad weather at the summit, Julian made sure we saw as much of everything else to make up for it. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Good, but disappointing - Nice tour. Really nice bus. However, they didn’t tell us until we were on the bus and moving that the cable car wasn’t running that day due to ice and winds. He said he ‘had just found out’, but I didn’t see him take a phone call that instant. They just wanted to make sure no one canceled. That being said, the revised tour was very nice. It was stopping at different sites on the lava floor and let us hike. But we still would have rather had the choice ourselves whether to cancel instead of being forced on the tour.

Wouldn't recommend - This wasn't what I expected. It's basically a ride to the cable car and back. We barely stopped for a toilet break, let alone explore the park or have time for lunch. You are told off if you try and eat on the bus but there was never a lunch stop. Also we hardly had any time on the top. They tell you to get in the queue for the cable car half an hour before you need to come back down but they drop you off at the exact time of the cable car booking. It took us 45 minutes to make it up and were left with only 30 minutes to explore. Very disappointing. On the plus side, it's a beautiful area and the guide had some interesting facts.

Communication error - The pick-up place in the morning was changed and we were not informed. We were before time on the address we had from you. So we missed the bus, and had to pay a taxi to bring us to another pick-up point. A drive of 15 min. € 15. So we started stressed…

It would have been a great experience if it hadn't been for the verbal attack on the bus driver. - Difficult to give a rating: nice experience because the cable car was open. For the excursion itself, I regret the little time devoted to the volcano itself and a lot of time devoted to picking up the other participants (which is normal of course) but especially the time of stops of little interest in cafes on the road. Without the verbal attack on the bus driver I was victimized I would have given a score of 4. Facts: On November 4, there was a stop at a coffee shop. The bus was parked outside the cafe. A few minutes after getting off the bus, my daughter tells me that her head is spinning and that she is feeling sick. Being used to it, I come back to get a medicine for her left in my backpack on the bus. With the door unlocked, we take this medication and sit on the bus. I was very surprised that the bus was not locked with our personal belongings in it while the bus driver was not there. The bus driver then arrives and yells at us telling us that we do not have to get on the bus without his permission. I told him I didn't know and I was sorry while explaining the reason. He keeps yelling at us. I replied that it was now a done deal, that I had apologised and that I could also promise him that I would not do it again. He keeps screaming. In a very firm tone I ask him to stop because apart from getting on my knees I don't see what else I can do. He then accused me of being ill-behaved. I stopped answering and let him sulk in his corner. Informed the guide asked me not to take it into account. For my part, although it seems to me a mistake on the part of the driver not to stay on the bus when the door is not closed when the passengers had left their personal belongings in confidence and no one had told us that we could not get on the bus, I do not see in any case how screaming can be acceptable behaviour of the driver when I immediately apologized to avoid any conflict. I am surprised at this type of person who lives off tourism and who allows himself such behaviour towards the people who make him live. I think that simply telling us in a calm tone that we should now know that it was not possible to board the bus when it was not present would have been more than enough!

Nepp! Finger weg! No cable car! - Pure rip-off! Nepp! Finger weg! We had booked tour with cable car ticket. At the bus, the guide told us that it was a ticket without a cable car and we couldn't get up either as there were no tickets left.
