Don’t wait to enjoy life, do it on a Quad! - Booked the tour via the fabulous lady in the Hotel tour office which included pick up / drop off from our hotel Barceló . Met up with other internationals at the Quad Excursion office, kitted out with a bandanna, helmet & goggles, filled in the form, produced driving license and given a thorough safety precautions run through. Emphasis was also put on NOT USING MOBILES. For safety reasons please listen to this advice. The guide takes fabulous photos and they are worth supporting. We connected really well with Andrea one of our guides. Extremely helpful, pleasant, thorough and kind. Many thanks for the laughs, chats & feedback. This was one of our highlights this trip. We wanted something more off road, longer and exciting and we were not disappointed. I sat at the back so remember to wear sensible shoes and clothing ( metal on quad gets hot if you’re wearing shorts- 30 degrees on our tour). Use a face mask or scarf under your helmet if you’re sensitive to dust. Take a little rug sack with water and a fruit for the breaks and swap overs if you are both driving. I love Tenerife and the incredible landscapes. The weather has always offered 25+ on our trips and people are so friendly. The terrain needs respect and one should heed the guidance given. Once back at the office we were offered Spanish tapas, beer, water, soft drinks. Can’t recommend this excursion enough.

Phenomenal - Absurd adventure, super competent and friendly staff, extra high quality photos. A perfect birthday, for me, very wild, in contact with nature, in this case an out of the ordinary nature. This experience is also quite out of the ordinary compared to the classic ones on a sea island. Truly sensational. Perfect for venturing into the natural heart of the island. I was only sorry that there was a lot of fog but I must say that otherwise everything was perfect. They also provided us with special equipment given the cool weather.

Must do - Quad adventure in the forest simply amazing. We got the chance to swap our ticket from the road trip to forest one. Simply amazing landscapes throughout. You smell the natural side of Tenerife away from touristic area. The staff is friendly, from the explanation of safety measures, on the road with a short historic intro of the island and after. A complimentary aperitif is offered which is quite nice in terms of quantity and quality. Definitely the recommended way to enjoy the UNESCO protected reserve and to try out quads in Tenerife.

Excellence in quad bike tours - Fantastic day out! Well planned with friendly guides who were very knowledgeable. This is the second time we have been quad biking with this company and we would highly recommend them. Spent 4 hours on the bikes, up into the forestal crown of Teide. Planned and booked for my husband’s birthday, and they even surprised him with a birthday cake. Thank you guys! Made the day really special 😊

Cute, but too expensive. Improveable - Nice experience, also because it seems to be one of the few companies that make go off-road. In my opinion overall a bit too expensive, taking into account that in two on a quad we spent 180 euros + 15 of Kasko (they do not issue you anything, not even a sheet that says that they have insured you the quad) + 25 euros for photos. They should offer you pizza at the end as lunch, but it's two skimpy slices each, which after I had to go to lunch. Honestly, 220 euros seems a bit too much (almost the cost of return flights for 2).

Language problem - Beautiful landscapes! Big downside: if you’re French and you don’t speak English, Italian or Spanish, go elsewhere! Indeed, too bad to have the view without the guides’ comments, especially since the French flag appears on the brochure and when we booked in Costa Adeje with Miguel we were certified that the guide would speak French.

Disappointing, downtime and high cost - On the flyer there is talk of a 3 and a half hour exit instead in our case we left at 9:40 from the hotel in Las Americas and returned at 16:00. The hours on the quad were about 2, quite boring as in the forest hardly exceeded 16 km/h. We took two breaks of 45 min if not more during the route in which, apart from some interesting information transmitted by the guides, we found ourselves waiting (we do not know what) with some dead moments that could absolutely be avoided as very boring. At the end of the tour we were waiting for 2 slices of pizza (with water!) cold and we were at least an hour waiting for the shuttle back to the base where we had taken the quad. The staff was not very nice except luckily one of the two people who came to accompany us with the jeep. Considering the high cost (170€ + 15€ insurance + 10€ photo) and the fact that the team was not very organized, it was not a satisfactory experience. An experience that we absolutely would NOT recommend to anyone.
