I loved it. I had been as a kid and the experience was just as shocking as an adult - It is advised to get up early, as it is one of the most visited places on the island and generates a lot of queue to enter. The volcanic landscape is spectacular and leaves no one who visits it indifferent.

Excellent - A very complete visit. We loved the experience. We recommend 100% riding a camel and visiting the park by bus, as apart from explaining many interesting facts, you save the queues by car.

Very nice - A guided tour of the Timanfaya National Park allowed me to discover a naturalistically exceptional place, to witness a series of geothermal experiments, to take a camel ride.
Recommendation a visit maybe with an organized tour to avoid grueling lines especially in busy periods.

A lunar landscape to do without hesitation - Without doubt the thing to see in Lanzarote: this park of volcanoes gives us the impression of being on another planet. The landscapes are breathtaking and we are immersed in another universe. The bus tours last around 40 minutes, plan to download the audio guide in French because the bus only provides explanations in English, German and Spanish. After the tour, go to the restaurant to see the barbecue cooking the meat in the heat of the volcano and observe the jesers. Plan to pay the entrance to the park in cash because they do not take credit cards, 20 euros for entry to the park per person

Do not miss ! - Incredible, lunar view of volcanoes and lava flows.
The visit to the Timanfaya Natural Park is done by bus, our driver had Star Wars music, it was completely appropriate.
The feeling of being an ant in all this immensity, truly breathtaking.
The Geria vines are interesting to discover.

Great morning. - Michael was amazing! So funny and very informative, the tour was great, we seen the geysers, rode camels (€11 pp extra), seen all of the national park by coach. They then took us to a little winery where we got the opportunity to try a sample of the wine from the region, very fun day!

A great trip for a great price! Definitely worth the money, and we really enjoyed it. - We wanted to book a South Island tour with our tour operator, Jet2, but they never responded to our call!! Now we are glad they didn't! This tour was great. Very informative, the guide was friendly and funny and her English was great.
We started at the camel rides, and although my husband and I didn't want a ride, it was an interesting stop. There was a small museum, toilet and gift shop, and we were there for around 20 minutes.
Next, we headed to the Timfanaya National Park. Here, we went to the summit where we saw the geothermic experiments and had time to look around the gift shop, get a drink, use the toilets, and take some great photos! After this, our coach driver took us carefully around the national park, and we learned all about the eruptions on Lanzarote. I loved this part and got some more great photos. If you don't like heights, I'd recommend sitting on the left/ drivers side of the bus, as most of the "drops" are on the right!!
We had a short stop in a village that was miraculously missed by the lava flow, here we could buy a drink or some lunch. It was a very pretty spot to stop. Then, lastly, it was on to the vineyards at La Geria. Don't be expecting a full wine tasting. You get to taste one, which was delicious.
But, this is where the difference in tours lies. As I said at the beginning, we were trying to book the tour through Jet2, but it was twice the price of this tour!!!! Maybe you get a longer wine tasting on the more expensive tours, but we found this to be perfect for us! The time in each stop was long enough to get some great photos, the guide was brilliant and full of knowledge, and we were out for around 5 hours, which I think is great value.
I would definitely recommend this tour.

Fun camel ride and interesting tour of the volcanoes. The wine part is a tease. - The excursion has been very interesting especially the tour Timanfaya volcanoes, Guide and the professional driver. The visit of the wineries is simply a stop to buy wine but they do not explain anything of its elaboration. I hired to be picked up from the hotel and the day before they sent me a message telling me I had to go to a different pickup point.

Discovery of an extraordinary landscape. Ground covered with lava, with some tufts of grass in places. - By car, you have to be patient before entering the park because there are many tourists. For the protection of the park, its visit is carried out only by bus, passengers are not allowed to leave the bus. Photos are taken through the glass.

You will be left behind. Take a flare gun. - We booked this as we just wanted to see the main reserve, alot of the providers were offering extra to make a day of it. From our stay in Playa Blanca this tour totalled 5 hours, 2 Adults for £42 each.
We were collected at 0900 from our hotel by our transfer and taken to our tour bus which set off for 1030 outside of the Aloe Vera museum - an hour and a half transfer. A further 20 minute journey took us to our first stop, the camels.
At the time €11 per adult for a 25 minute ride. This was a lovely spot, although we did feel rushed. No time was given by the tour to head back to the bus and we were left behind. A thankful honk from another tour bus and a sprint to ours that had driven off without us. We were back on track. Lol.
From there a 10 minute drive to Timanfaya, we were shown 3 interactive features of the volcano but very little information provided. Everyone was given 20 minutes at the restaurant, please bring your own food and drinks as you will not have enough time to purchase anything. The suvoune shop was very busy but a nice range of merch, relatively reasonable prices.
A recommendation advised by the fella, to take your travel sickness tablets as the skillful driver will take you on a rollercoaster ride around the volcano. An audio tape is played throughout which is informative.
After this you are taken to the wine tasting, with a 30 minute time slot. At this location the tour guide had received printed photos from the camel tour, trying to sell them for €7 each.
As customers from Playa Blanca, the transfer back, we were dropped off at a mid point and had to get onto another coach.
An ok sightseeing tour. However, I don't feel it is worth the money we paid online; especially when couples paid on the day for a lower price.
We felt like we were travelling for a long time for little sightseeing.
