We were completely satisfied with the workers, the food, the skating and games. The only thing we weren’t so happy about was the games were not all working properly, some took tokens and wouldn’t allow play; the token machine had issues, which we were given tokens; and there was only candy and a couple of small toys to buy with tickets. Some of our children are on a “no dye” diet and can’t eat candy. So there was nothing for them to buy with their tickets. As I say, we were completely happy with the workers, just wish the game situation had been better. Some of our guests don’t skate but were looking forward to the games and prizes Thank you for allowing us to have our party there. Overall we did enjoy the time. And my grandson, the birthday boy, was happy.

Service was great. The only issues were the facility. The skate floor was hard to skate on due to cracks and patches. They also count every person even though some do not skate.
