Great Experience seeing the real Jamaica!!! - We had a great time on our shop ur your our driver Marlon was superb our lunch at the river was awesome with chef Tony and our service rep Janel was kind and very friendly and helpful!!! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Don’t miss out - THEO and SHANTEL WERE MORE THAN AMAZING! Not only lots of fun but told us about the tours. We were decided on an excursion but because of them we booked the Bob Marley tour. It was equally amazing. These 2 have amazing chemistry and have ENSURED I will be back to use this very resort and Nexus for all my future plans. Kudos to them for making an awesome and RUDE EXPERIENCE YEA MON!!!

Did not show up or reply to emails, texts or calls. Do not use. - They were horrible and not responsive to calls, emails or text messages. Did not show up to pick up 6 of our friends even though the transfers were prepaid.

Do not recommend Nexus - Unfortunately, Nexus Tours airport shuttle from Riu Montego Bay which is 10min away (transfer email confirmation had correct information) was unsatisfactory. No departure instructions were given. 11/26 departure, rep. Natasha said transfer wasn’t available & chat rep. Ana gave incorrect departure information. Both were unhelpful & did not provide apologies for Nexus errors. I will not use or recommend Nexus again.

The worst airport transfer experience. DO NOT BOOK! - Nexus was the worst airport transfer experience I’ve ever had. I booked a round trip airport pick up and drop off. I was in constant communication with the company to communicate a flight cancellation which changed my itinerary a day before my pick up in the airport. When I arrived to the airport they claimed to not have received my itinerary change until I showed the airport representative the WhatsApp conversation with the company and recipient for the already paid round trip transfer. The representative had to rebook my transfer on the spot because the company said I was a “no show” despite my 24hr notice of the itinerary change. The rebooking took over an hour after standing around. When it came time for the airport drop off, I messaged through WhatsApp to confirm the time a day prior again and the representative from the chat claimed to be looking for the reservation then never responded. After hours of no response, I messaged to follow up again to never get a response until four hours before my flight. I never got the airport drop off that I already paid for and the company has been unresponsive about any refund. DO NOT BOOK!

SCAMMERS, I paid online & was asked to pay cash AGAIN or they wouldn’t take me - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I paid online and was asked to pay again at the airport and on the way back. They scammed me and pocketed the cash. It is better to book with another company.

Pretty much a disaster from beginning to the end - If anyone is thinking of using this company for anything PLEASE DON'T !! If I could give negative stars I would. We booked a thanksgiving trip to Jamaica with our family. 8 of us landed in Jamaica around 10 am. Went to the Nexus desk and checked in. My wife had already checked in on line and received a confirmation email to our destination which was the Royalton resort in Montego bay. We departed and after a 2 hour van ride arrived in Negril which was in the COMPLETE OPPOSITE direction. Instead of apologizing and getting us to our correct resort right away, the driver was arguing with the office of who's fault this was. We were just sitting in the van at the wrong resort after getting on a flight at 6 am for another 30 minutes !!! We finally headed towards the correct resort. So.. After landing at the airport at 10am we arrived at our resort around 3:30 pm. No call from Nexus, just complete radio silence. So.. when our vacation was coming to a close we made arrangements withe Nexus to have a van ready for us at 2:20 pm to take us to the airport. Our family was ready at the car pool area at 2:00. Of course 2:20 comes and goes and no car. My wife talks to the Nexus desk and they have no idea where the car is. 2:30 and 2:40 and still nothing. They finally get a hold of the driver and he is again !! at the wrong resort. When the driver finally got to the resort, it seemed like he had no idea. I don't think he even had our name on his list. Our family lost so much time the first day of the vacation that we will never get back. I understand there are situations where things can go wrong but when they do, a company should at least attempt to make it right instead of radio silence. If you are thinking about using this company, think long and hard and find an alternative.
