A PERFECT EVENING - What a brilliant 90 minutes. We booked once and the weather turned, so when we arrived, they just handed us our money back. No problem. We really fancied a little boat trip so we booked again and so glad we did. We had THE best time. Fabulous staff - Tina and co. Great laughs and conversation. Bar on board and the sunset was out of this world. We LOVED it. Great value for money. Thanks so much. A great way to end our trip.’

Y’arrrrrrrrr gonna enjoy it! - We got very lucky booking this tour because it’s usually full (need I even write this review because that says it all really!) but needless to say, we had a fantastic time! From stepping onto the handmade boat with an authentic petrol engine, we set off into the bay of split and into the sunset. Immediately after leaving, our drink orders were taken and the familiar melody of the titanic song rang out which was followed by an impromptu impression of rose and jack by our crew! The cheesy tunes continued (as did the drinks), our hosts were having a good time, so we did as well. Chatting to Yuri about Croatian language was insightful yet hilarious. All in all, best sunset cruise with the best crew and the best tunes to match! Thank you once again!

Everything was just great - We wanted to spend some time at the sea and found Angelo due to his great reviews. Unfortunately the all-day-tour was already booked - but we were told that the blue cave was closed anyway. They proposed the sunset tour on the same day - and we booked it with open bar. The tour was quite nice - the skipper tried his best to tell us everything there is to know. Later a young lady approached us to answer all of our questions about Split. We got all the drinks we wanted and were even offered several refills. So the upgrade was absolutely worth it. The tour is nice and they offer great value for the price. I strongly believe that all of their tours are provided with the same passion and commitment. If you need any recommendations - Angelo provided some great insights about restaurants and other trips.

Sunset Pirate Ship Tour - My wife, two boys and I originally took the Sunset Pirate Ship tour in 2017 when my boys were 1 & 3. This was an ideal tour as my 3 year old had become obsessed with Pirates after watching Peter Pan / Jake & The Never Land Pirates and he was not disappointed when he saw the ship. From the moment we boarded the ship, we were all made to feel welcome and the boys especially were made to feel special when the Ship crew handed out Pirate Hats and other accessories. We were also given a complimentary drink (soft for the children and alcoholic for adults). As the ship sailed along the gorgeous coastline, we got a view if the beautiful landscape and mountains (My wife and I mentioned more than once how lovely it would be to settle in Split) and the sun was just beginning to set. Admittedly, of all the places Ive visited, this sun set seemed like one of the most gorgeous - and it was all because I was there with my wife and two boys on an amazing pirate ship which made my boys very happy and the crew making us feel extremely comfortably. My elder son even had a chance to steer the ship for a few minutes with one of the crew members who he had become very fond of (a testament to how good the crew are with children) and this seemed to fulfil a dream for him. Needless to say that once we had returned from our holiday, all we heard from our elder son for the next two years was that he wanted to go back to Croatia. So this year (2019), with no destination set for our holiday, we decided to return to Split as the second leg of a double holiday and made visiting the Split Sea Tours a priority. With the weather forecast for the next few days set to be rain and the day we landed to be the only day forecast to be sunny, we decided to visit the Pirate ship as soon as we checked into the hotel. As we approached the ship, both my boys (my younger one had become pirate obsessed over the last couple of years too with my elder not losing any of his interest either) faces lit up with joy. My elder son immediately recognised the crew member he had grown fond of previously and ran up to her to give her hug. The crew member remembered us and offered us a complimentary ticket for the boys (who are now 3 & 4) which was a really nice touch. She however was not taking part in the actual tour this time around and my elder one seemed a little sad but the newer crew members were just as great with the boys and all of the magic that was there on the previous tour was there again this time around and the faces on my two children were proof of that. Again, we were offered complimentary drinks for children and adults along with accessories for us to wear and use such as pirate hats, swords, guns etc. The crew members played along with the children in sword fights and were so great in entertaining not only our boys but also all the other children on the boat. A few of the children also had a chance to steer the ship with the Captain. Its usually safe to say that once you have experienced something so great, it is difficult to replicate the same magic - but i can say that Split Sea Tours seemed to have delivered for us again. Over the next couple of days the weather had held up and we decided to explore other tours and what was evident was that others - despite stating that their tours last 90mins - only really lasted closer to 70mins and felt somewhat shortchanged. The final day of our holiday approached and with some local currency still left over, we decided to - yes you guessed it - do one last sunset tour of the Pirate Ship and there was no regret in going over old ground as we all had a great time again. The only problem now that we are back in the UK is that both my 3 and 4 year old keep saying that they want to go back to Croatia/Split - and it really is all because of Split Sea Tours. What we realised only once we returned to the UK is that Split Sea Tours do alot more tours than just the Pirate Ship Tour - so..... Watch this space.
