Highlights
  • Krka National Park - Skradinski Buk is one of Croatia’s natural treasures and is the longest and most impressive waterfall on the Krka River. Here your licensed guide will take you on a 30 minutes tour of this stunning cascading waterfall, the centuries old water mills, rolling mills and washing columns where you will see the traditional folk architecture.

From there it’s off to the “Golden Flower of Europe award” an award-winning Ethno village to learn about the history of Skradinski Buk. In addition, your guide will show you the rich diversity of the Flora, 1022 recorded species, and the endemic, rare and threatened fauna of Krka National Park.

This is where you will get a rare opportunity to admire the crystal clear pools under the Skradinski Buk waterfall and explore its travertine formations. This is a magical experience and something you will always treasure long after you return home. Be sure to bring your camera along.

  • Skradin - There is nothing quite like meandering down a quiet river taking in the picturesque surrounds of the Krka National Park. Here you will get the chance to do so. The beauty of the Krka River is best seen from a boat with uninterrupted views. Along the way keep any eye out for the local swans, beautiful scenery, all set in a pristine natural environment. It’s the perfect time to sit back and reflect on your incredible day.

Your guide will escort you on the boat to Skradin. Upon arrival, you will notice the Skradin Marina, with its 180 boat capacity, is one of the best looking marina’s you have ever seen. Skradin has a long history and was once a Roman Municipal, ruled by the Venetians, and the Turkish at different times in history. You can chose to spend an hour and a half in the city or swimming on the beach.

Busy but lovely views! Check weather forecast just in case 😬 - Really enjoyed this tour! The bus trip was nice and cool, with a really funny tour guide (unfortunately cannot remember his name!) giving us anecdotes and information about the local area. The waterfalls themselves were smaller than expected, but that might be because we couldn't get as close to them as the photography had indicated. Nonetheless it was a lovely experience and it was a really nice - albeit busy - walk around the small section of the Krka national park. Unfortunately we got caught in a downpour as we were about to get on the boat but that was no fault of the tour or tour guide! Recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing appropriately - unlike us! 😁

Majestic experience - We had a friendly and organized guide to take us to one of the most magical places, but be prepared for crowds.

Beautiful park but guide could be better - The national park is really beautiful and the guide gave good information about what to do and the best paths to take in the park. The bus was air-conditioned and comfortable and the trip ran perfectly to time. I did expect the guide would have talked on the journey there and back about what we were passing and about Croatia generally.

Krka National Park Tour - The staff was prompt and personable. Nice park with good scenery. A little crowded but that's to be expected. It rained so we didn't get any beach time, but that's not the tour operator's fault. Is the park entry fee worth $30 each for adults? In my opinion, no.

Lovely but way to busy - Was a nice trip and comfortable ride to and from the park. It was very hot and massive crowds so hard to really relax and take in the views. The beach was a disappointment. Dirty water and nowhere to shower off

Don't go in August! - I'm sure this would be a lovely trip outside of August. But during August it was absolutely awful because of the crowds. Waiting for ages, long drive and sooooo many people. It felt like an airport. And the swimming beach was gross because of all the crowds. Any other time, the place looks magical and the tour guide did his best. For us, it was a bad choice this time of year.

Beautiful but too crowded - The place is amazing.. the price for the entrance is additional euro30 , so have this in mind! This was less a tour , more a drop off and pick up. This worked for us well. But one thing that would prevent me going back is the masses of people. Thousands and thousands of people . Too many to enjoy the experience. Shame as this is such a natures gem
