Highlights
  • Embark on a journey to discover the unspoiled allure of Dalmatia’s ideal sanctuary with us. Our happy band of explorers departs from Split in a vehicle equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The trip is 1h 30mins, though you’ll be captivated by engaging stories from our daring past along the way, making time fly.

Upon bypassing the queue and entering the park, you’ll be instantly filled with the notion that you’re right where you’re supposed to be - enveloped by lush green landscapes and pristine blue waters.

Swimming within the park is forbidden to maintain the balance of the ecosystem, however, a refreshing dip in Krka later will surely make up for it.

  • Strolling along the enchanting wooden walkways bordering the Krka river will lead us to the most stunning waterfall - Skradinski buk. Here, you’ll be clicking away on your devices, making full use of your extra charging units and storage cards.

  • Post our park exploration, a brief bus journey will take us to the quaint town of Skradin, located across Krka.

In Skradin, we’ll pop into the Sladić winery, sample locally produced wines under the guidance of a seasoned vintner sharing the educational and captivating stories behind his creations. The wine tasting will also include a selection of local cheese & olive oil.

  • Following the Sladić winery tour, you’ll have an additional hour to soak in Skradin’s charm, with the experience culminating in a swim at the beach where the river meets the Adriatic sea, making up for the earlier prohibition in Krka.

The tour itself I highly recommend, the Krka waterfalls were stunning and the wine tasting was not only a bargain but a very enjoyable experience.

Get Leo as your guide, go to the winery - Solid excursion booked directly via Flarent. LEO IS THE CUTEST AND FUNNIEST GUIDE. A perfect mix of jokes and history of Croatia. A few tips: bring Dramamine for long bus ride if you tend to get car sick. You can book the winery tour day of at a lower cost, but it’s euros only. Get the small meat/cheese plate at the winery. Krka was beautiful & a nice walk around the park. Be mindful, this is not accessible for everyone, and there are mosquitos/wasps. The swimming at Skradin was my favorite part of the day. A little chilly but GORGEOUS.

Highly recommended! - We thoroughly enjoyed the Krka Falls and cheese & wine tasting tour. The National Park is very scenic and the path was on a wooden boardwalk making it easy to see the falls from different angles / elevations. We had previously considered other wine tasting tours but ruled them out as too expensive and had previously decided that our wine tasting would come from restaurants and bars. This inclusion on the trip was well worth it - 4 different wines to taste along with cheese, bread & olive oil and set in a local winery. It was also possible to buy for 8 euros some more cheese, bread, olives, grapes & local prosciutto - this was enough for two. After the tasting we spent about 45 minutes in Skradin which was enough time for the size of the place. Cash is required if you wish to buy a bottle of wine or additional cheese board at the tasting. Our tour guide ‘Leo’ was highly entertaining as well as providing lots of information about Croatia and the places we visited.

Great day trip from Split - Leo, the host, was fantastic - funny and knowledgeable. A good host makes the day and he made ours! Waterfalls area is beautiful, the wines were fantastic - the dessert wine was absolutely amazing. Bring cash for this as you will probably want to buy some bottles and they don’t take card!
