A must see - Great experience. Our guide was awesome. Stopped a great little restaurant outside of the park on our way back to Split.

Lovely tour a must visit - The trip was very well organised. We left on time and came back as planned. The guide was very friendly and driver was also very careful driver. The park and lakes are amazing. The only issue was the bus inside should be better. My seat handle was broken, the seat belt was not working and front handle were also part broken. Rest was extremely smooth and well managed. The restaurant where we stopped by for lunch was extremely good in terms of food quality and price.

Beautiful!!!! - The trip was worth it.Guide was really attentive to all the group members and kept the trip lively. The lakes were lovely and were a treat to the eyes. Highly recommend it.

Blue blue lakes - Our tour guide was amazing! The park itself is so big wish we had a few days. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen beauty in the lakes and color of water!

Long day but worth it! - A long day but well worth doing! The lakes are beautiful and well preserved. Be sure to take lots of water and some snacks to keep you going. Barry was a great guide- very funny, knowledgeable about the park and Croatian history, made time to speak to everyone in the group and kept the energy up with his stories and jokes. Thanks Barry!

Beautiful place! - Our guide Peter was very knowledgeable and looked after our every needs. I highly recommend this tour. Only down side was the drive from Split is a long way away.

Split Decision with Sugaman, but Plitvice is a MUST SEE - I took two trips with Sugaman Tours while in Split based on recommendations from my hotel. I'll start with the great one. I highly recommend Plitvice Lakes. This is a MUST SEE. It was an incredible day and our guide was amazing. Frano/Frank was knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and was very thorough. He knew all the great points in the park and ensured I had a great experience. I hope he is your guide. This day and tour was FIVE STARS. My tour to Krka Falls was not so great. Our guide Anita was more focused on herself and her terrible jokes than on providing information. She seemed to only talk with this group of seven travelers and then the rest of us were left with whatever limited time she had left. Her mom called a few times during the tour day and she was talking to her while the tour was happening - very unprofessional. The agenda of this tour is honestly a waste. They make this a full day tour, when you only need an hour at the falls and to see the first town Trogir. The afternoon stop was unnecessary and people wanted to leave early. I don't recommend this tour. Go see Krka on your own or on a half day tour. Another note: the staff at the Sugaman office are not friendly. They were always rushed, short, or seemed annoyed. I travel a lot, take many day trips, and the customer service provided by Sugaman falls short of what I expect. They should be well versed in how to work with tourists, answering questions with a smile, and manage multiple things going on at the same time. I spent a lot of money with this company and they honestly seem more bothered by you than anything else.
