You’ll learn about the methods of assessing olive oil quality and will be acquainted with unique Croatian wine types. You’ll enhance this experience by pairing olive oil with fleur de sel, matured red wine vinegar, freshly-baked bread from our oven, green olive tapenade, blended sheep and bovine cheese, and fig jam.
