Absolutely Fantastic! - If you are in Split , you absolutely must take part in a tour by this wonderful company!! Alan, Andrea and Stephanie are the most wonderful people that you could ever wish to share an entire day with. The tour began promptly at 8.15am, lovely Alan has an infectious sense of humor and genuinely, genuinely cared about us having the most wonderful of days and making the most incredible memories. I honestly could not recommend this tour enough .... The day was nothing less than perfect , Alan's incredible experience out at sea was evident as he took us from island to island , we felt completely safe under his watch. The fact that the crew took pictures of us throughout the day was just perfect as it meant that we could really enjoy living in the moment and experiencing all of the incredible views such as the Blue Cave , Green Caves , Stiniva Cove and Budikovac Island . The diving instructors at Komiza were absolutely brilliant, highly skilled and so very lovely , perfect for beginners . We felt entirely looked after and the memories that we made will last an entire life time . An absolute must if you are visiting the beautiful country of Croatia ...we cannot wait to return !! Life time memory - This was a amazing experience, Peter and Dora treated us like family showing us around and sharing lots of laughs ! So glad we were able to go on this experience with them. I definitely recommend todo this and have the time of your life on that fast boat !!!

Great boat ride - Thanks to Filip and Marco for giving us this wonderful boat ride. A tour packed with great boating, swimming, lunch break at a cosy village and wine tasting. We especially loved the trip back with some adrenaline filled boating across the waves. We can back very wet, but very happy. Pilip is a very experienced driver an we felt very safe during the whole trip. Also the concept of WaterworldCroatia feels very personal and relaxing. We can truly recommend a boat trip with WaterworldCroatia:)

Amazing trip - Blue lagoon is something to see, really ... if you have doubts just book it and go u wont be sorry , trust me. Agency is great to, we had a little delay but nothing big so i recomend them!

Terrible service - Still waiting for refund after over a month - I booked an excursion and had to cancel it over a month ago. Initially, they confirmed that I was entitled to a full refund of €200. However, after that, they started giving me excuses, and now they are simply ignoring my messages. It’s been extremely frustrating, and if this continues, I will have no choice but to report them. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise against trusting this company. Avoid at all costs!

Awful experience - Terrible experience. Paid €125 pp for a small group (12 person) 3 island speedboat tour which included a tour of Trogir and wine tasting and ended up getting put in a 100+ person slow as nails party boat that cost about ⅓ as much. We complained and they eventually promised a full refund, as we stewed the whole day which ruined the experience we did get. We eventually got a partial refund that didn’t cover the difference in cost so we’re still out of pocket. Awful operation - but hopefully this reviews moves them one step closer to going broke. They should be ashamed of their horrible customer service.

Logistics are poor and be careful with them charging you double the price of others and then playing dumb - Do not use this company. They really only have the goal of getting as much money from their guests while providing them a mediocre service. I was charged 85 dollars when everyone else on the boat paid 50 dollars. When I brought this up to them they dismissed me. I should have known when they required that I pay in cash right on the spot. I also want to note that I didn’t pay at a partner company, I was in their office at the desk with the branded Waterworld Croatia. The tour is overbooked and there is not enough room on the boat. The lunch spot you stop at is not prepared to feed the amount of people that are brought and some people didn’t even have time to eat their meals in order to be on the boat in time. This is a poorly run company and I would recommend finding a different one.

Boat ride from hell - This was a terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Our boat broke in the middle of the choppy waves and left us stranded being pelted my cold water for an hour and a half. The rescue boat came and was 1/2 the size of the original boat and hardly fit our group. Some people were sitting on the edge of the boat as a seat. On this boat the driver was careless and we were soaked to the bone. Hair matted to our headed and clothing and belongings destroyed. When we got to the blue lagoon the driver admitted to us he didn’t even HAVE SNORKELING GEAR- the whole reason we went. He offered goggles and got those of us who swam- they saw nothing but rocks. When we got back on the boat he sped through the waves so fast we were being jerked up and out of our seats and slammed back down. We all woke up black and blue. When we asked him to slow down and be more cautious he turned up his music and ignored us. When we asked for a refund the owner was incredibly rude.
