We absolutely loved the tour. Our tour guide was so great. We came there with my adult kids, their spouses and my two grandkids and every everybody loved it I have recommended it to so many people now it was so much fun.

We really loved seeing all of the animals. The only feedback that I have is even though Gwen is extremely knowledgeable and obviously loves working with all of the animals, I could do with a little less commentary. Having a little quiet time once in awhile would have been nice.

Great tour! Rachel was awesome and very knowledgeable of the animals. Animals were extremely well taken care of! This made the visit even better due to the animals being very comfortable and noticeable loved. Highly recommended.
