Fun night with Family - Our tour guides were awesome and very helpful. Lots of information. Would of liked it to be alittle scary. And maybe seen some of the bedrooms. But other than that it was awesome.

Fright night for the family. - So interesting! Lots of historical elements, the castle is beautiful and the guide was amazing! This is by far the best ghost tour we have been on so far.

Fun tour with great guides! - It was a fun experience! We thought they did a really good job of giving the history of the castle along with some of the creepy history as well. Fun tour!

More interesting than haunted. - Interesting history, very knowledgeable tour guide, not as scary as they make it sound, didn't get any ghost víbes at all.

We were given a brief history of ownership, and then we walked throughout the castle while being told about ghosts - I expected a much more “macabre” retelling of the castles history, but it was just a tour which highlighted some ghost experiences from the past, and that was really it. Attempted communication with a ghost happened one time, and it was unsuccessful. I expected a much more chilling experience, but this was more of a “oh that’s kinda neat” experience.

Cool place - We were impressed with the Castle. Our guide was very informative. The tour was packed but they split us up into two groups so it went smoothly. We found that it was interesting that a lot of people from Springfield were not familiar with the castle but everyone visiting Springfield were. LOL. We enjoyed this attraction.

Boring 😞 - Kind of boring didn't justify the cost. You couldn't even explore most of the Castle. It was very short. Not that much of a experience. Kind of a rip off if you ask me compared to all the other attractions in the city.

This tour was boring - Not spooky or creepy as l was lead to believe. - I was very disappointed. When I made the reservations I assumed that it would be a spooky & creepy experience, which it was not. The stories that were told on the tour seemed made up & unbelievable. The other person with me felt the same way as did others on the tour. The history of the castle was semi-interesting. I guess if you are afraid of the dark, you may be uncomfortable, but otherwise for me it was a total bust.
I can admit that the lady that lead the tour was creepy.

Bored - There was nothing of interest to the tour, it felt like a missed opportunity to merge history and your ghost tour. Other places have learned how to merge the two concepts/activities better. It helps to bring it more alive and interesting than a bunch of nothing in rooms except Halloween decor and very little back history of the place.

Lamest ghost tour ever!!! - The worst tour we've ever been on! Too many in a group!
Videos were just dumb, showing a couple of orbs lol.
Theater room with audio that was thrown together smh.
No interaction on anything.
No machines to see or hear ghost.
Our guide was like listening to wamp wamp wamp!!!
The lamest so called ghost tour ever!!!!
