We recommend a meeting time between 10:00 am and 10:15 am, allowing ample time for breakfast at your hotel or preferred local eatery. Our first destination, just an hour from Dubrovnik, is the picturesque city of Ston, renowned for possessing the world’s second-longest defensive walls—next only to the Great Wall of China! Here, explore the charming streets, savor coffee or ice cream, or opt for an adventurous stroll atop the walls.

At eleven, relish a private hour-long boat excursion, followed by a tantalizing lunch prepared exclusively for you.

loved this unique gastro tour Peljesac - Me and my boyfriend love Peljesac and Ado’s Hacienda and gastro tour from Dubrovnik was a perfect choice to see authentic culture, beautiful untouched nature, meet locals and enjoy local cuisine. Ado prepared the fish for us, we tried local wine, his homemade olive oil and his liqueurs. My favorite part was boat ride to see the oyster farm and fish farm. He took us to the World War II tunnel. The sea on this side of Peljesac is simply amazing, crystal clear with perfect shade of blue and turquoise. We jump to the sea at the end and enjoyed swimming and sunbathing.I reccomend this gastro tour experience for everyone who wish to explore unknown and have unique memories from Dubrovnik region.

A relaxing, calm, delightful day out. - We made a day trip to Ado's rural idyll during our trip to Dubrovnik. He presides over an oasis of unspoilt land where you eat and drink local home grown produce lovingly prepared in a delicious, unpretentious style. There is also an interesting stop off on the way to Stron. Well worth seeing. We felt relaxed and refreshed from our day out and saw more of the lovely Dalmatian coast as well. V&A

You don't have to visit just once. - A place for the soul to rest. The food offer is extraordinary, fish, shellfish, meat, plate everything is at the vehun level. Wine Domestic, quality, with a taste of expression of the environment and the area. Grade 10.

Great experience! - Wonderful trip! The Road on peninsula Pelješac is something you have to see,the nature, vineyards,sunset! The knowledge that host Ado has, and passion for Pelješac and his place is wonderful. Talking with him about the old olive trees, the food he prepare infront of you. Highly recommend doing the tour with him. Driver was wonderful too! . Loved every minute of it!! Great job!!

One of the best tours we’ve ever been! - This tour was simply amazing from start to finish! The driver (very interesting and funny guy) picked us up in a very nice Mercedes car and drove us to places we wanted to see, but also his reccomendations were very good and he gave us a lot of interesting information without being boring. We learned a lot about their culture and interesting history facts. The best part was food and wine - of course. Everything we ate was prepared on traditional way. We will come back for sure because it was one of a kind experience! :)

Amazing value for money, plenty of fresh and local delicates - This is definitely one of the tours that needs more recognition! We were recommended by a local friend and Ado did an amazing job. The food is just amazing, fresh and local and for this price you cannot even get an average lunch in Dubrovnik. Not even to mention the wine and olive oil we tried. Hope you will get a lot of reviews soon and we will definitely send you all our friends who visit Dubrovnik!

Beautiful tour - My wife and I recently went on a gastro tour and had the most incredible experience with delicious food and drinks. Amazing tour! - Our gastro tour was an absolute blast, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
