- Udawalawa National Park Safari - Udawalawe National Park is a national park on the boundary of Sabaragamuwa and Uva Provinces in Sri Lanka. The park was created to provide a sanctuary for wild animals displaced by the construction of the Udawalawe Reservoir on the Walawe River, as well as to protect the catchment of the reservoir

Udawalawa safari is available as Morning & afternoon Sessions.
For morning safari session we have to start at 8.00am around weligama area OR in-between Galle & Tangalle.
then drive to Udawalawa ( its around 2 Hours drive ) to catch the baby Elephants Milk feeding watching at Elephant transit Home Udawalawa at 10.30am.
Later safari start at 11.00am to 2.00pm
For afternoon safari session we have to start at 12.00pm around weligama area OR in-between Galle & Tangalle.
then drive to Udawalawa ( its around 2 Hours drive ) to catch the baby Elephants Milk feeding watching at Elephant transit Home Udawalawa at 2.30pm.
Later safari start at 3.00pm to 6.00pm.
safari duration is around 3 to 4 Hours. pick up & drop off will be the same location/Hotel.
You are travelling on Air conditioned comfortable car or Mini van. Jeep for safari with park Entrance tickets & Bottled water is provided.
- for Kids below 3 years, parents require to bring their own Infant seats
