A great day in Udawalawe Park - We had booked the Udawalawe elephant safari and orphanage excursion. Cham was already waiting for us at the port with a sign. On the way around the park he told us a lot and explained a lot. At the park, changing into the jeep went really well, the jeep was already there and waiting for us. In the park we saw lots of birds, water buffalo and elephants. After that we went to the orphanage. On the way there we drove past a reservoir and had time to take a few photos there. The lunch was delicious and not too spicy for us. Then we went to the orphanage where we could watch the feeding. It was very interesting. On the way back we stopped at a farm, which we looked at, and at a small local market with exotic fruits. We thought that was very nice. Then he drove us back to the port on time and we had a great day with him and were more than satisfied all round. We would book the next tour with him again at any time, we were more than satisfied. We would recommend it 100%. TOP
