It paid off - Our driver already told us a lot about the safari and the park when driving to Yala Nationapark. We also saw a crocodile and a bear. Elephants have also run into us some. Then he got a call where he learned that a leopard was sighted nearby and he went there quite quickly ! When we got there, there were already several jeeps on site and the drivers of the other vehicles almost caused accidents so that they could get very close to the animal. Our driver kept very exemplary in the background and we still came to very nice photos of this wonderful creature. All in all it was a beautiful safari with many different animals and also many birds !

SU has the eyes of a hawk! - SU was a great guide, has the eyes of a hawk being able to spot leopards in trees where no one else could. Managed to see 2 leopards and bear! SU is very knowledgeable and takes his job seriously in providing a great experience.

beautiful - a must-see in Sri Lanka. Environment conducive to a real safari in a natural environment. We saw a leopard (rare according to the guide), an elephant and its baby, monkeys, buffaloes, a crocodile....A visit of about 3 hours in 4X4 (watch out for fragile back). A conscientious driver who does everything to make you discover the park. I strongly advise.

Great safari experience! - The afternoon safari in Yala was a great experience. Our jeep driver was also a tracker with twenty years of experience in the Yala National Park. Our common goal was to spot a leopard, which was achieved towards the end of the safari. Our driver really tried everything he could to find the leopard and seeing a leopard was an incredible experience that you will never forget. We also saw elephants several times on the safari, in addition to many other animals. A small note for everyone, there was no possibility to leave the jeep in the national park, e.g. to use the toilet, etc. There were a lot of cars on the afternoon safari, so sometimes there was traffic jam on the narrow roads. The safari organizer also arranged a taxi ride from our hotel in Dickwella to Tissamaharama and back, so the safari and trips went well overall, I can recommend this safari organizer to everyone.

Great experience! Highly recommend - Great experience. Driver was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Never seemed to rush and move fast like a lot of the other tour groups within the park looked to be doing.

Perfect day in Yala National Park with Ish - We had an excellent time today at our full day Safari tour in Yala. Our lovely driver Ish picked us up at our hotel and even made it possible that we can go with our friends, that were staying in another hotel. The pick up and drop off was very uncomplicated and Ish‘s English is very good, so that it was easy to chat. We saw all the animals we wanted to see (Leopards, Elephants, etc.) and were provided with a very nice lunch. Ish seemed like a very experienced guide and made great effort to make the encounter with the leopards possible, which was a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you for that☺️🐆. We had a perfect day and would do the exact same tour with the same guide again.

We saw two tuskers - Lovely driver who spoke good English and did his best to show us as many animals as possible. We didn't manage leopards, but saw two 'tuskers', elephants with tusks, which are quite rare too.

An awesome day of exploring - Su was our tour guide and driver for the full day experience at Yala park. He picked us up on time, was courteous on first impressions. He sustained and professional, friendly and knowledgable approach to this tour throughout. Despite his extensive experience in the park, we also gave us autonomy to make decisions throughout the trip. The rules of the park were explained and followed appropriately. I honestly can’t say anything negative about the guide or the excursion and would absolutely recommend this to people who are adventurous enough to spend a whole day out there. The food provided was home cooked and was excellent! The full day was perfect for us but a half day may be enough for others.
