Highly Impressive service given by CHK. - Zulfi was very helpful and happily answered any queries we had. Pick up at the airport was seamless and the rooms and the hotels were excellent. Our cab driver Mr. Arsalan was such a humble and gentle person,he guided us at every place ,we are so thankful to him .At first i was hesitant about booking a trip with Chinar holidays. But whole procedure was seamless and when I did have a query they were always available to help. We were so impressed with the follow up procedures and emails, we received once the booking was paid and finalised. Unparalleled Experience in winter wonderland with Chinar Holidays !! - We booked a 7 day tour with Chinar Holidays. The booking experience was flawless with Mr Zulfi sending us a curated itinerary with detailed description of hotels and sightseeing places. First time I thanked myself for booking through them was when my flight got cancelled and unconditional assistance rendered by Mr Zulfi in re booking the same tour with amended dates..! Our driver Mr Ali arrived to pick us up and was there with us as a companion cum guide throughout the tour. He’s a great gentleman, well spoken and knowledgeable about the Kashmir valley. Our New Year’s Eve was at Gulmarg at Hotel Lupin and it was great. We were also assigned a guide at Gulmarg Mr Mushtaq who was good and an excellent photographer. Pahalgam visit with breathtaking views was exceptional and our hotel had beautiful views and a cozy room. We had great food at pit stops on the way while travelling and they were no issues in finding clean toilets as well. On our last day we altered the plan to visit Dachigam National Park instead of Sonamarg and we thoroughly enjoyed the safari and rescue centre experience. We also bought kesar and kahwa mix at their recommended shop enroute to Pahalgam We had Mr Asif as our driver on last day and I must compliment him for a very friendly and chatty demeanour. I would like to conclude by saying that sometimes the worth of a tour comes out during difficult times with flight cancellations, slippery roads, unexpected weather etc and that’s where this company makes a difference. Mr Zulfi was always available on call and messages to assist us and also take regular updates on stays and experiences. Highly recommended. Go ahead and book one.

Trip to Srinagar - Ms Nida provided exceptional service attentive assistance, through knowledge and personalized recommendations. The tour package were well organised and enjoyable.She were very friendly and cooperative. Fantastic trip to Srinagar - We recently visited Kashmir and it was our first trip to Kashmir. The hotels provided were excellent,specially the Hotel Hermitage Pahalgam,the staff were friendly and cooperative. Our cab driver was very good and professional. He took us to Kheer Bhawani temple,which was not in our itinerary, we are very thankful to him. Chinar Kashmir holidays - First of all we all like to read genuine reviews and not highly padded one. So I shall give my honest review about Chinar Kasmir tours. Me and my wife booked 6 nights / 7 days tour through them. We had many choices like Make My Trip , and other tour companies. We choose Chinar Kasmir tours based exclusively on their 5 star reviews. Their prices were higher than many other competitors but we wanted good service and didn’t care about the price. So here are the plus points: -Excellent communication skills from start to end -All paper works like Gondala at Gulmarg were arranged well in time. - Ali - the driver who accompanied us for all seven days is one of the nicest person you can find and we reciprocated for his good services by tipping him very generously at the end of the trip. If you plan to take Chinar Holidays make sure you ask for Ali as your driver. You won’t go wrong by taking him. - Airport pick up and drop off was all done in a nice timely fashion. Here are the negative points: - The Toyota car given to us had no heating at all despite requesting Ali to turn up the heat. Luckily this inconvenience was only while travelling to Gulmarg or Pahalgam where it was cold. Rest of the trip didn’t need heating. - Two days stay in PAHALGAM was in Hermitage hotel which I shall rate as 5 *. One of the best with excellent services - One day in Gulmarg in LuPin hotel I would rate 4*. Old hotel but good services - Two days stay in Sapphire hotel in Srinagar I shall rate 2*. They have no napkins, no hand towels in the toilets. Despite asking multiple time they would bring some napkins from dining room. Breakfast is a complete joke with 3-4 items only and internet sucks. - But one of the worst stay was in the House boat for one night called “ Insha Allah”. I shall give 1*. This is a 70 year old house boat, never been updated, stinking carpets- at best you can call it a slum. I was so disappointed and frustrated that after paying so much for our trip we definitely deserved a much better house boat. The only good part of staying in this boat was the caretaker named Ashiq whom I would give 100* for his excellent services. He did everything in his capacity to make us happy and we reciprocated by tipping him generously. Overall our trip went fine except for the above negatives. In future if I were to hire this or any other company I would do my home work more diligently by reading the reviews of all hotels they are arranging and not just blindly accepting what they are offering and should not hesitate to request a change if there are reasons to belief that our stay would not be comfortable.. Shall I recommend anyone else to this business? Well my recommendations are guarded based on some of the negatives, otherwise I enjoyed my trip. I hope this helps others in making their right decisions
