- Government House Museum - Government House dominates the west end of the Town Plaza, a unique Spanish land use component lying within a National Historic Landmark District. Along coasts, plazas were to begin at the waterfront - to see and to be seen. Since 1598, a government building has stood on this site with a view of the harbor landing, accommodating administrative headquarters and residences of colonial governors appointed by the Crowns of Spain, then Britain, then Spain again. After Spain ceded Florida to the United States in 1821, this current Government House served as a courthouse and briefly as a Capitol of the new Territory of Florida.

Food, wine, and fun! - Fantastic food tour!! Highly recommend starting your trip with this so you can get the lay of the land and learn from the tour guide plus other participants. Jessica was AMAZING and did a great job balancing some historical/contextual knowledge with general socializing. We left with happy bellies and ideas for places to check out in the next days!

Fun, Good food, great time - Great tour! Our tour guide Judi 2 was excellent, very knowledgeable about the local history and culture. She really brought the group together and made it a super fun evening! We also met some awesome fellow travelers and just had a great time! Would definitely do this again!

Great food, drink, laughs and history! - Such a fun evening! Every place we went was excellent! Great food and drink and a special stop to sample olive oils and vinegars! Great to meet new people. Our tour guide, Jessica is so passionate about the local culture and history, which really added to the experience! Be sure to add this tour to your itinerary!!

Team building and bonding - This was by far one of the best tours I have experienced on Tripadvisor! I scheduled this tour for a teambuilding and bonding event. We were here on business and in meetings all day and this tour gave us the opportunity to get outside and tour the city, plus we love food! Niki and Laura did an amazing job catering to our likes and needs. The food and wine we had was spectacular and the history they gave on the city was so informative and captivating. They even went as far as integrating our work life into the tour, which made it even more special. Thank you ladies both for putting together such a nice evening for us. I will for sure do this again the next time I am back in St. Augustine and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy some good food and history on the city.

Unexpected Gems - What a wonderful way to enjoy an afternoon in St. Augustine! Our tour guide, Scott, was friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He listened to our interests and tailored the tour accordingly, introducing us to some hidden gems. We appreciated the portion sizes - not just a bite at each place, but not a full meal either. It was nice to discover some unique places - my only regret is that we did it too late in our visit to have enough time to return to the restaurants for more.

We will definitely do this tour again! - We went on the Corks & Forks Tour as a friend group of 6 Floridians over memorial day weekend. Jodi was our guide. We had a blast and will definitely do it again. It's a fun way to meet new people, experience new restaurants and hear more intriguing history of the area. Thank you Jodi!!!

DONT MISS OUT ON FORKS & CORKS!! - Would highly recommend Forks & Corks in St. Augustine. It's a 5 star experience!!! Our tour guide Scott was very informed on the history of the City & the places he picked for our foodie stops were perfect!!! Meet some new friends & gained a wonderful unforgettable experience!! Great day! Would highly recommend. - What a great time! Scott was an amazing tour guide. He was knowledgeable of the history of St Augustine and was passionate about sharing all the wonderful things that make up this town. The restaurants that were chosen for our tour where spot on. Great food, presentation and wine samples.

Great experience overall leaving you full - A great experience overall! Our guide did a great job informing us on the history of Saint Augustine, which was very interesting. However, I thought it would be more of a culinary experience going into more detail about the different types of food and it’s origin But that was not the case. Still highly recommended and we left stuffed with lots of food and beverages. It would also be nice to have 2 to 3 choices at each location, since I noticed certain people ended up skipping a meal altogether due to either dietary restrictions or preferences.
