Great time! - We had a great time. Our guide Spencer was fun and informative! Lots of laughs trying to kayak too. Definitely would go again.

Sea Turtle Turkey Paddle - Great experience. Spence was knowledgeable of the area and the animals. Highly recommend this for all ages and experience level. Easy Kayak route and nice to have a mid paddle break.

Great time - Spencer was a great tour guide! It was very fun to paddleboard and see florida! I saw a sea turtle but it was bit late in the season for manatees!

Definitely a yes - Had amazing Time with Joesph. Definitely recommend him as your guide. Knows a lot about the area and water life. And the birds.

Turtles, Sharks, and Rays, Oh My! - Our tour guide Joseph did a fabulous job on our tour! We saw tons of wildlife, including dolphins, turtles, birds, sharks, and rays. The equipment was easy to use in the mangroves and water was lovely. Joseph did a great job finding and pointing out the local animals while getting up close. We would love to go again should we find our way back in St. Augustine.

Great kayak excursion! - Great kayaking trip. Took friends from out of town. Spence was a great guide. Weather was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Cancelled Two Days in a Row (Not Weather Related) - My husband and I went to St. Augustine for 3 days for our 15th wedding anniversary. We previously went on this paddle board tour the year prior and had a great time, so I booked the 8am tour for 10/29. The day prior (10/28) I received a text message asking if we could go on the 10:30am tour instead. I told the person no, that we had plans around noon that could not be moved. I offered to move our reservation to 10/30 at 8am if that helped. They asked if we could do the 10:30am tour on Wednesday and I said no, because we had other plans. I was told no, our original reservation was fine. I assumed no one else signed up for the 8am tour so they were trying to combine groups. The following day we woke up around 6:40am to get ready. At 6:43am I received a text asking if we could do the 8am tour on 10/30 instead of the one in an hour. I was then told they were having vehicle problems and probably couldn't make the 8am tour anyway. Although a little aggravated, things happen so I agreed to move it to the following morning. The next working the alarm goes off at 6:45am and I receive a text message four minutes later asking we could do the 10:30am tour that day instead of the 8am tour. I told the person that we already have this conversation and that no, we were not able to do the later tour due to other reservations we had that day. I was then told they still had "vehicle issues" and could not make the 8am tour and could reschedule for another day. We were leaving the following day so I requested a refund be processed, which it eventually was. I get things happen, but if this person really was having vehicle issues they obviously knew the day before they weren't going to make the 8am tour. Either that or my guess is that we were the only two going at that time and they didn't want to be bothered. To have to get up that early two days in a row for no reason while on vacation is not ideal. I was very disappointed, especially since we had such a nice time the year before. I guess we'll look for a different company next time we go.
