Amazing! - Our guide was super nice and very detailed in her tour. I forgot her name, but we definitely enjoyed our time, and the lights were beautiful! Not sure if it was just the Christmas decor all around or if it is something that is always up. Regardless, me and my family enjoyed the trip very much!

Good customer service - Even though something occurred that prevented us from getting the golf cart ride we booked, the operator called us and had arranged for a horse and carriage ride to replace what we had booked. We enjoyed the ride and appreciated the effort they made, instead of just refunding our money.

Lovely experience! - We actually left a wedding reception early to attend this tour and we were not disappointed. We (44F, 19F, 12M) all enjoyed ourselves. We'd do it again.

Loved it! Had a great time! - We had such a great time! Kelly was our tour guide & she said her goal was to inform people who knew St. Aug (like us) of interesting things we didn’t know. And she did! She was light hearted & fun, took us in places the trolleys couldn’t fit, drove us around places too far for us to walk. It was raining when we went but they provided us w rain ponchos, the cart was decorated beautifully & they played Christmas music too. Just be aware the pickup spot on St. George St is NOT in the touristy part, it’s more alongside the plaza on the sidewalk in front of a bldg. I highly recommend it!

Night of Lights done right! - Viewing the St Augustine Lights are always a great experience. Our tour guide Kelly did a great job of giving us plenty of history and she took us “off the beaten path “ to see some areas we had not previously visited. Great experience!

Fun, educational and beautiful! - Karl was wonderful, very informative and took the time to explain everything to my very inquisitive 7 year old!

Fun with host Karl! - Our host Karl provided a fun in-depth tour of Christmas lights with terrific historical background as well. He had great attention to detail and made sure we were comfortable on a chilly night.

Fabulous Golf Cart Tour - The golf cart ride is the way to go. The cart is small enough to get down streets the trolly can't and the ride is more personalized. Our guide Shelly, a local, was full of great information, including food recommendations and history of the area. They even provided ponchos because it was raining.

You could not hear the... - You could not hear the driver talking about different sites. We went with friends and 2 sat rear facing and 2 front facing. The couple in the back could not hear a single word. Also when asked a historical question did not know the answer. What might help is if there is some type of microphone. Also they should know the history.
