Fabulous tour & worth the $ - Boy, did we luck out taking this tour around St.Augustine. Our guide, Gary was outstanding. His wealth of knowledge blew us away. He was so informative & personable. We happened to be the only ones on the 11:15 tour so Gary was our private tour guide. The electric golf cart type vehicle was perfect to see all the city sites & secret locations up close & personal. Gary stopped at various places allowing us to explore on foot & gladly took photos of us. He was so generous with his time & even extended the 1 hour tour by almost 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor & take this tour to get an enjoyable time exploring the highlights of St.Augustine.

Historical Tour - Pat, our tour guide was VERY knowledgable and informative. Highly suggest the tour. I would suggest that the company invest in an amplification system for the cart so that the folks in the back can hear while in the busy areas of the town.

So good, we're coming back! - We appreciated learning about the historical role of St. Augustine in the formation of our nation, as well as it's role in the Civil Rights Movement. The influence of Spain and the Catholic Church was well noted. Our tour guide, Garry, is a delight to be with. He possesses a wealth of information. We appreciate learning about the regulations and standards governing historical structures. The visit to the Statue of David was a highlight.

Great tour with knowledgable tour guide! - Great tour! Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. Only negative is the weather was very hot as is typical in Florida. Although, the tour guide had a fan on her, it would have been great if a fan was installed above the rear view mirror pointing toward the passengers to keep them cool. Thanks much!

5 star historical tour - Being a local for the past 20 years I have taken guests on many tours. Patty from Pineapple Tours provided a one of a kind unique step back in time and together our guests and I learned so much with her fabulous storytelling manner and enjoyed the way in which she weaved the stories in throughout our journey together. It was raining lightly and hot during our tour and we were thankful to not be walking and have a roof over our heads. We actually parked at the garage (near Ripleys) and then walked to the starting point on Riberia Street– at the end of our tour we hopped off at the Lightner Museum. Looking forward to booking our next tour with Patty.

Too much for too little - I had hoped for more interaction with the sights. The hop on hop off bus would have been a better deal for the cost. Garry, the guide was cool. Wish he had a microphone so I could hear better.

Poor logistics - Booked the trip in the morning, about 2 hours before the tour was supposed to start (11:15 am). Got a call back from the operator of the tour who told me he got our online reservation while we were speaking. He recommended getting to the location about 10 minutes before the start of the tour, which we did. Then we waited. I finally called about 11:35 and got no answer, so I left a message. 5 minutes later, someone came out of one of the buildings, about the time I got a call back. The tour guide had left early, thinking they had all of the people. Very poor organization of the tour, obviously. They did apologize and quickly refunded our money, as well as offering to comp a tour. All well and good if we were going to be around, which we weren't. Extremely disappointed.
