- Government House Museum - Government House dominates the west end of the Town Plaza, a unique Spanish land use component lying within a National Historic Landmark District. Along coasts, plazas were to begin at the waterfront - to see and to be seen. Since 1598, a government building has stood on this site with a view of the harbor landing, accommodating administrative headquarters and residences of colonial governors appointed by the Crowns of Spain, then Britain, then Spain again. After Spain ceded Florida to the United States in 1821, this current Government House served as a courthouse and briefly as a Capitol of the new Territory of Florida.

Sweet - Alex was very friendly and helpful. He took his time going from place to place. It was an enjoyable tour. We learned a great deal about the history of St Augustine and some great places to eat.

Three girl tour with Alex - Oh my! What to say? Alex was super great! Such interesting facts and landmarks. He was correct, make sure you take his tour early in your trip. He suggested several places I’d wished we’d had time to go to. And, of course, the sweets were great for a sweet tooth.
Alex also suggested contacts in other states and countries. He’s full of so much information.
Hope to see him again for another tour.

Great historical walk. - Russ was a great guide, knowledgeable and entertaining. This is a marvelous way to see St. Augustine. All 4 of us highly recommend this walking tour and particularly Russ.

Book immediately! - We turned out to be only group but it was wonderful. Russ gave us lots of information on wonderful local places all while making it fun. He always took time to email us places we talked about so we didn’t have to remember everything. Everything we tried was amazing! They have to-go bags as well!

Over The Top Amazing Tour - Where to start? Alex was an amazing tour guide. Not only did he give us information on all the desserts but provided us a wealth of knowledge about the city of St. Augustine. It was just the right amount of information without going overboard and becoming overwhelmed. We had the pleasure of having both Alex and Amy (who was inbetween tours) to give us the best highlights of the city. The places we had desserts at were so nice. We were given a small cooler that had water in it and at each location we sampled the sweets but they also gave us more to put in our cooler bag for another treat after the tour was over.
I would highly recommend this tour as you got the history of the city along with amazing sample of sweets. YUM! YUM!

Fun, unique and tasty! - Alex led our Sweets and History tour and it was fantastic! Delicious treats and generous giveaways, and Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the history of St. Augustine as well as the local shops we visited. He’s passionate about his business and it shows. Highly recommend this tour - and I’d bet that any of his other tours are also amazing. Thanks, Alex!

Great tour! - Alex is the best!! My friend & I had so much fun talking, eating and walking with Alex. He is so personable and knowledgeable.
We enjoyed the tour so much that we're planning on booking the Ale Tour next.
We walked away with a cooler (provided) full of chocolate, sweets, water & macaroons!

Fabulous Sweet Treats - My husband, daughter and I had a spectacular tour with Alison, we had so many sweet treats while on our tour and brought home a bagful of additional treats from each visit! We learned interesting facts about such a wonderful town. Thank you! Highly recommend!!!
