Great tour and tour guide - Evan was delightful, and so knowledgeable! I'm not a history person, but he made history fun. He was very good about making sure we all comfortable, even with the sunny, warm weather. Excellent tour!

Enjoyable Tour - Evan was knowledgeable and entertaining. Saw some interesting sites. I would recommend that the guide use a microphone. When walking forward, if we were at the back of the group we could not hear his comments.

Do this early in your trip so you can follow up on Ross's suggestions later. - Ross shared about important history in St. Augustine. We followed up on several of his recommendations. Had an amazing dinner at the Drunken Horse restaurant. Went to see Cora Tyson's house. Next door to her house is the ACCORD Civil Rights museum which had a meet and greet the next day that we attended. Extraordinary visit with eyewitnesses to the events in 1964 in St. Augustine that helped push the Civil Rights Act through a filibuster in congress. Also toured Flagler College.

St. Augustine Experiences delivers an exceptional local tour! 5 stars! - Alex and St. Augustine Experiences was incredibly informed, his tour was obviously well-researched, and his communication was super helpful. I learned so much on this 90-minute walking tour, but the pace felt fun, interesting, and animated without ever feeling like a school history lesson. I appreciated the blend of architecture, history, social justice, and economics that Alex brought to this tour. I would absolutely take advantage of a tour that Alex offered in any city! The cherry on top were his text messages with recommendations for the best spots for drinks, dining, and dessert in the city. We took his recommendation for lunch and dessert and could not be happier. Thanks for an amazing experience, Alex!

A Wonderful Tour with a Knowledgeable Guide - We had a wonderful walking tour with Russ! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of St. Augustine. I’m a retired history teacher so I’m a tough customer! We appreciated that he shared so many details about the Civil Rights struggle in St. Augustine. That’s an often hidden history.
