If you do one tour in St. John’s , this is the one! - Honestly the most informative, entertaining and interesting tour of any kind I have done. David is joy to follow and to which to listen. He shared details that made us appreciate St. John’s and its unique history more than we could have imagined. He connected the history of early humans to present day as they collided on this incredible island, as well as minute details of the houses and businesses we passed. Incredible all-encompassing and informative tour. Ask for Dave! He will not disappoint, and all with a fantastic sense of humour and respect. Thank you, Dave!

A great, inclusive, way to see downtown St. John's - I was really pleased with the walking tour of St. John's. Our guide, Dave Peters was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humour. The day was very hot, and the tour includes hills and stairs, so he adjusted the pace to accommodate the different abilities of the group (there were 17 of us), as well as trying to find shade for us - where possible - when making the various stops. Dave was easy to hear and understand and was willing to expand on the stories and information and answer questions. I would definitely direct friends or family to book with St. John's walking tours, and I know I want to come back to Newfoundland.

Don't book through Trip Advisor - The Trip Advisor failed big time. I received a ticket with two different addresses for the walking tour. By the time I arrived at the second location, they were gone. There was NO address on the ticket. I had to dig through the old email. The address Trip Advisor put on my calendar was three blocks off. I would NEVER book through Trip Advisor again. Inaccurate information. No customer support. No one to take responsibility.
