Perfect absolutely perfect - Excellent service from stepping out the taxi to check in to exit. Big shoutout to Jeanelle at front desk. Casino was a big surprise also. The super bonus was the sushi bar. Thanks Marriott for a fabulous 5 nights. Waiting for the next TravelZoo offer and I’ll be there in a heartbeat!!

Great Day - I booked this directly with the Marriott in St. Kitts. I had 10 people in my party and we all enjoyed it. The cab driver kept saying the beach was not nice on the Atlantic side but the beach was beautiful. They had rocks in the water to break up the waves from the Atlantic. So there was no undertow at the beach. The water was clear and refreshing. We also enjoyed the main pool. I recommend going here and my husband and I are considering going to stay here for a week in the future. Very nice resort and friendly staff. Thanks Marriott St. Kitts.

The cab ride from the cruise port was approx. 12 USD each way. The swim up bar at the pool was great. I can't wait to return here.

Disappointed for Marriott and Trip Advisor - Trip Advisor says towels included. We took no towels and at check in were told not included. So it was an argument and had to show TripAdvisor listing and inclusions. Haggled by beach massage vendors and cats allowed to be fed at tables by pool swim up bar. Listing does not advise you must reserve pool cabanas in advance, very disappointing. Food and drink discounts not same as on listing and must be disclosed when ordering. Beach horrible with seaweed and water full also. No removal procedures. Food quality not up to Marriott standards, it’s hard to fully cook French fries. Cab rates change by group size $20 for 2 and $50 for 10 people.

Do not do this excursion! - The resort didn't have our booking for the day pass. Was told that they aren't even affiliated with Viator. The beach has rocks and we were told by the staff that it wasn't safe to go in the water. Pool bar and cafe was very overly priced. Our food sat for 10 minutes while our server disappeared. When she brought the food it was cold and we had to have they remake it. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

We selected this location because of... -
We selected this location because of the positive reviews from other travelers. However, we were very disappointed with this experience. It was a quick taxi ride from the cruise ship port, only 12 for a family of four. Checking in was time consuming because we were told by the front desk that they never use Viator for bookings. Once they found it and we checked in, we proceeded to the pool. There, we were told since we were not actual hotel guests, we could not use the resort towels at the pool. Two phone calls and 15 minutes later, they gave us towels.

The beach was horrid. The sand was full of cigarette and cigar butts and bottle caps. We even spotted a broken food plate near where we were sitting. And then there was the stench. A really foul sewer-like smell was blowing over the beach. At this point, we decided to go into the pool.

The pool itself was nice, although there were several missing tiles in various areas. The sewer smell from the beach was also blowing across the pool area. Plus, the hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was a lot of jack hammering and other work going on that echoed off all the buildings surrounding the pool.

At this point, we packed up and hailed a cab to go back to the cruise ship. We were at the Marriott just over an hour.
