Take this tour! - Sharron and Warren are great! Entertaining, knowledgeable and a hoot to be around. This tour is better for locals than tourists in my opinion.

A Feast of Architecture, Public Art and History - What a wonderful experience! My wife and I have lived here almost all our lives but we still learned a lot, and came away with inspirations for learning and experiencing even more. Saint Louis has some truly spectacular architecture, and this tour is a great introduction to an area of the city that's experiencing growth and renewal. Our guide, Charles L, was friendly and very knowledgeable; our city is lucky to have volunteer ambassadors like him. Whether you're visiting for a few days or you've lived here forever, this tour is highly recommended!

Architectural Gems of StL - My husband and I went on this two hour walking tour of west downtown StL. I have lived here my whole life. Very interesting and informative tour. I love all things history, so I thought I already knew quite a bit of stuff about StL, but I learned interesting tidbits at each stop. Perfect blend of architecture and history. Our tour guide, Charlie, was fantastic. Leisurely walk

No show - The guide never showed up. No one at Landmarks picked up the phone. No response on the Viator message. A dozen ppl waited half an hour for nothing.

The Guide Was a No-Show! - A Total Disaster! The guide never showed up! The 10 people who signed up for the tour were left high and dry. When we called the office to find out if the guide was coming, no one answered the phone. We were ignored and abandoned. As I write this review the following day, I still have not received any communication from guide.

Don’t waste your time! The tour didn’t happen and there was no communication! - The tour never happened! We waited at the meeting place for 30 minutes with the other people who were planning to go on the tour and no tour guide ever showed up! We were all emailing and trying the Viator chat but got zero communication. 24 hours later I still haven’t heard a word. Do not waste your time or money. I’ve started a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back because I’ve gotten zero communication and we did not get the service. We’re only in St. Louis for the weekend and are beyond disappointed we didn’t get to do a tour.
