Great transportation! - Our driver was super nice! We got stuck behind the Olympic parade and our hour and a half drive turned into a four hour drive. Nothing anyone could do about it but he made sure we had enough snacks and drinks and even stopped to let us use the restroom. The car was super spacious and he kept the car nice and cool.

Great service - Fast, efficient and very friendly service. Our driver was very pleasant and offered snacks for the ride. Great experience and would definitely use again.

Great service! - Kimbert was our driver and he was great! He met us as soon as we got to the Sandals lounge, and he loaded our luggage and wouldn't let me touch it, joking we were on vacation and just needed to relax! He offered us snacks and drinks in the car. He told us some history about the island during our drive. He pulled over at a nice scenic spot and took a picture of us. We felt safe with him as our driver and recommend him! We had a very positive experience.

When the world shuts down, this company steps up! - Due to the global outage from Crowdsource our Delta flight was cancelled coming in. As soon as we knew it was cancelled I contacted the provider through the Viator app and got a very prompt response that was not only personable, but reasonable to help solve our issue with being a day delayed in coming to the island! Alicia was so very helpful in understanding our flight was cancelled and helped us reschedule for the next day with no issue, no fees, no problems. The ride was perfect and it felt like a luxury experience for a reasonable price. The car was new and clean (obviously) and of course the beer and optional rum was a great add on. We had waters and the wifi was perfect. Long drive across the island but went by quickly with the good conversation and the smooth ride. Speaking of, we were very impressed by the dedication to avoid potholes in the road to make everything go smooth. All in all we would 100% recommend this service and we will use them every time we come back to the island.

A Fairytale Journey: Luxurious Private Car Service - Once upon a time, in a faraway land, we were whisked away by a private car service that made us feel like royalty from the moment we touched down. From the seamless communication through their app to the exceptional service throughout, this experience was truly enchanting. Upon landing at the airport, we had a bit of a challenge locating the kiosk. However, it turns out it was right there, just outside the customs door—one of the very first kiosks you see. Clearly, we were just too excited to notice! The staff were quick to guide us, suggesting we use the restroom facilities before embarking on our journey, as the drive to our hotel would be 1.5 hours, taking us clear across the island. Once we were ready, the driver appeared almost magically, ready to transport us to our destination. The van was immaculate, practically sparkling with newness. We didn’t have to lift a finger—our luggage was taken care of, and we settled into the plush seats. To our delight, the van offered free Wifi, allowing us to immediately connect with our family and let them know we had arrived safe and sound. As if that wasn’t enough, complimentary water and even beer were available, a touch of luxury that truly made the experience special. The 1.5-hour drive flew by, thanks to our wonderful driver. He provided insightful commentary on the various sights and names of places along the way, striking the perfect balance of being informative without being intrusive. We felt welcomed and at ease. At one point, he suggested stopping at a lookout point, allowing us to capture some stunning photographs. From start to finish, we felt very much taken care of, and the peace of mind and relaxation this service provided was well worth the price. We enjoyed it so much that we re-booked to have them pick us up from our hotel and take us back to the airport at the end of our trip.

Enjoyable ride - Got picked up at Rodney Bay Marina and took the shuttle to the airport at the opposite end of the island. Mark, the driver, was vey sociable and we had great conversation for the duration of the trip. I felt very comfortable with his driving which was somewhat complicated due to a bicycle race and numerous closed and/or blocked roads. It was a very enjoyable drive

Couples trip - I don’t remember my drivers name because I’m the worst but he was amazing and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about wildlife and everything else. The car had bucket seats and we were very comfortable. I will definitely book them again next time we visit.

Poor Customer Service - Due to the global outage our flight was delayed and then we missed the flight to Saint Lucia. We were told we had to give a 24 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule. I tried to explain that WE weren't even given a 24 hour notice and l would update as soon as knew anything. I pretty much paid for NO services. They were not understanding or accommodating.
