Heavenly view, nature, and culture in St Lucia - Our tour with David was fantastic. David was so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. He was able to fix any wish and showed us the so many authentic beautiful things about St. Lucia. The ride was so comfortable with A/C and a real SUV to handle the climbing roads. Highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful Soufriere Experience - Our driver, Shaun, was very knowledgeable and an experienced driver. We stayed at a hotel in Rodney Bay and the traffic was horrible. Near the end of our tour, he suggested the Tet Paul Nature Hike which was the highlight of our day trip! We are experienced hikers and did not hike the Pitons on this trip due to time constraints. The visit to the rum distillery was our second favorite stop of the day. The chocolate factory visit was ok but we have visited chocolate factories in other countries like Bali & Spain which were more impressive. We also visited a local shop that makes gluten free bread with different flavors from a local root which was our third favorite stop. We also visited the botanical gardens. You need to pay an additional fee to soak in the thermal pools near the waterfall. Our main recommendation for this trip is to not drink any bottled water which does not have the manufacturer label!

Amazing views. Unique culture. And Beautiful people - Lufan was our driver and we began by visiting several scenic vistas from which we could see the bay and much of Castries. We continued south over and around mountains stopping for more beautiful views and meeting interesting people along the way. Continuing south the Pitons finally came into view and they were worth the wait. Mud baths, volcano calderas, botanical gardens, waterfalls, and a Caribbean buffet rounded out a terrific day. Be ready for curvy mountain driving and bring plenty of cash. Every stop has a per person fee. Over all highly recommend and if you are lucky enough to get Lufan you will have a great experience.

Fantastic day exploring the island - My wife and I recently booked this tour and we weren't disappointed. John was our guide for the trip and was fantastic. Clearly very knowledgeable, experienced and was happy to accommodate our preferences, in terms of sights and activities. John is a kind hearted man who really made our day special. He drived us around the island roads with skill and consideration. We felt safe in John's hands and are very glad we didn't hire a rental car because some of the roads can be potholed and difficult to guess what is around the corner. Luckily John knows the roads like the back of his hands and is therefore able to anticipate issues that visitors cannot and therefore avoid any accidents. We visited Soufriere, Canaries, Anse la raye, anse chastenet, toraille waterfall, saw both of the pitons stopped at some lovely viewpoints, stopped for a light lunch and had a welcome swim at Marigot bay. We can't thank or praise John, highly enough, for his professionalism, flexibility and thoughtfulness. We can highly recommend the company and especially John, for helping to create such a wonderful private island tour experience. Started early and totally avoided the cruiseship crowds and queues 10 out of 10

Superb Private Tour - We hired David V after a chance meeting when he provided airport shuttle for us to our resort. We were interested in a private Gros Peton hike, as well as, visiting other St. Lucia landmarks. David gave us information on highlights and scenic stops we could choose to customize our day. He kept in close contact with us answering our questions prior to the tour, was on time, polite, professional, safe driver of a comfortable car and a genuinely great person! We will be looking David V up next trip to St. Lucia.

Misleading - *BEWARE* This is a taxi service and the tours do not include the actual tour just transportation. You will be required to pay additional fees. We booked a private Gros Piton hike and were provided a receipt stating that entrance fees and transportation were included in the total cost. We were picked up on schedule by a nice driver and driven nearly two hours to the entrance just to be told that we will have to pay an additional $100 (50USD per person) for an entrance fee or we could not hike. When we spoke with the owner over the phone and he stated the receipt was written in error and that I need to be "reasonable" and pay the fees. He continued stating that I was ridiculous to think that the amount we already paid was going to be sufficient and that I should've known better. In addition to this whole event the driver that was supposed to pick us up from our hotel and take us to the airport at the end of our trip showed up early without notice or any effort of communicating with us directly and stated we were a "no show" and left. He later returned once we received an email stating we were a no show and I proceeded to have our hotel contact for the driver to return since he left more than 30 mins before we were even scheduled to be picked up in the first place. Lastly, we put in a request for a refund with this company for a canceled segment that we canceled 4 days prior and haven't received any refund. I'd recommend going elsewhere with your business.

Dishonest and Unethical - I booked a "Soufriere Experience Tour" and by the time the driver David picked us up all the attractions were closed (he should have known) except for the 30 minute boat ride in which he negotiated a deal with the driver who seemed to be a personal friend....and not the actual company he told us it was usually $150 but what he failed to mention was the the tour through the company was 7 hours with food and drinks included. He charged us $250 USD/$675 XCD cash and told us no card. He assured us he would come pick us up the following day to complete the tour only to attempt to charge us $100 more dollars and lie and say that the ride was usually $180 when in actually we got the ride cheaper through a taxi. Imo, he takes advantage of tourists. Not to mention he started an argument with me on Whatsapp telling me "people like you are the reason blacks hate each other". Wow. I'm just flabbergasted and embarrassed by this entire experience and also out of my money. Tourists should beware and book with a card in the event you may have to dispute. Saint Lucia is extremely poor and people are trying in every way they can to get ahold of American money including overcharging and telling you that they do not accept cards.

awful - My experience is the same as the other reviewer that went with a group of 10 and said he was a taxi driver and not a tour guide at all. My husband and I signed up for a private tour around the island for $180 ($90 for each of us) Our friends from the cruise ship wanted to join and we went from 2 people to 18 people and they provided a bus. Thankfully the price moved down to $45 a person because even at that price it was a waste and disappointment of a day. I was so embarrassed because I was the one that recommended it. To his credit, the "guide" David was on time waiting for us. That is probably the only positive thing I can say about him. Our first sign that something was wrong was when our first stop was for gas and drinks. That should have been taken care of beforehand and we could see already this would not be well run. He only bought beer which no one was interested in. Since he didn't buy the beverages in advance he could've asked us what we'd like rather than assuming. No one had anything to drink as a result. Water and soda would've been much preferred. As another reviewer said about their experience their guy just ate the entire time. Same here. He just ate and drank. You can see St. Lucia is a beautiful lush island, but aside from driving he had no information to share with us about the plant, flora, people, history of St. Lucia. I've been on many tours in other places and know that this is not typical or acceptable. If you are not capable of giving a real tour don't sell yourself as if you are and disappoint people that travel to your island and pay to learn something about it. You cannot pretend you're something you're not. You may be great driving people to and from the airport, but you gotta raise your standards to sell yourself as a tour guide. We had bad weather that day. It was raining all day and of course, I don't blame the tour guide/company for that but I do blame them for the sub-par "tour." That is my one day in St. Lucia and not only was it disappointing for me, but for the 17 other people that I took along. You are by far not the only game in town and you must do better if you want to stay in this business. My recommendation: stay away from this company for any touristy things. They aren't professional and don't have it together.
