Day trip fun! - We had a great day seeing the island with Big Merve! We enjoyed the sites, learning about island, etc. such a good time!

A good time - Me and my Fiancee had a great time, our guide was personable and informative. All stops were perfectly timed and it’ll depend on your guide if you avoid the crowds or not. Either way you get your moneys worth. We were on tour with two other big groups but it was easy to get along with everybody

Great time in St. Lucia! - This excursion gave us an up close and personal experience with the highlights of St. Lucia. Tour guides were great and hospitality was also great! Thanks for making great memories for us and sharing your good Rum Punch and native food!

Best day ever - Fantastic day. Bus driver Big Merve was informed and good driver on the difficult roads but best of all he was a ton of fun! The boat ride and snorkelling was great. The sulphur baths and the waterfall also highlights.

Great tour guides and local food! - We had a great time exploring the beautiful island! Big Merv was great at answering questions and driving the shuttle. He also made sure we got the best pictures at the mud baths. The drive can be a bit nauseous but there were plenty of refreshing drinks available. We had the best time snorkeling at sugar beach and seeing the Pitons! Highly recommend unless you are easily car sick!

Phenomenal Experience! - The views were amazing and we left with memories and pics we will forever treasure. Also, I can’t say enough about every member of the team. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and required assistance at various times during the trip. I contacted the tour operator in advance to confirm accessibility and I was told everything was ok. However, when the tour bus arrived, there were steps to board. My heart sinked, but the tour guide helped him into the vehicle and at various times during the trip, other members of the crew stepped up in a huge way. Not only did they help, they made sure he had a great time and that he was able to participate in as many activities as possible. He only missed the waterfall, but they took videos of me under the waterfall, which I think he enjoyed more anyway 😉😂 It meant the world to me to have him by my side during this phenomenal experience and I have to send a HUGE thank you to every member of the crew!

Incredible Tour - Absolutely the best tour we have ever been on. We had a family member break their foot early on and they did everything they could to make sure she got care and taken to the hospital asap. They kept us updated on her status throughout the rest of the tour. Edmund truly went above and beyond for us.. The experience itself was incredible as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Great trip - Smiley was the best. Great trip. The only thing is that travel time is long but you are in vacation so who cares.

Excellent excursion - Big Merv sense of humour, lunch was good with refreshing mango drinks. Enjoyed whole itinerary mud bath was stand out for me

Driver did not pick me up- they thought I was already onboard and left me behind - Where do I even begin with this review? I was really looking forward to this experience, as it was highly rated when I booked it. Prior to the day of, I communicated very clearly with the location of where to pick me up. The driver said it would not be a problem and they would pick me up. On the day of, I went to the meeting spot (which happened to be on the side of the highway), where the driver was supposed to meet me. It was pouring rain and had been, but that was not a problem for me, as I traveled during the rainy season. I messaged the tour organizer many times to ensure that I was picked up at the correct coordinates. They were supposed to pick me up at 8:45 am and what car to look for. 8:45 am passes by- I called the tour operator via Whatsapp many times and messaged many times. By this point, I have been standing on the side of the road for 2 hours with no communication whatsoever from the tour operator. When I finally heard back 2 hours later, they said that they thought I was on the bus with them the whole time because they had picked up someone. It was obviously not me, the one who booked the tour! I don't know what kind of business doesn't ask the names of the passengers on board because if they had, they would have realized they were missing one! Despite the company's apology, this was a huge let down and they didn't take accountability for what had happened, saying that they didn't know what had happened. They offered to reschedule the tour for another day, but they didn't have anything for the next day, which was my last day there. I understand things happen, but this should never have happened. I was very excited to go on this tour, but never got the chance to. Luckily, I found another company last minute for the next day. I would not recommend booking this experience, especially if you are not planning on staying at a large, commercial hotel.
