Crazy yelling staff woman but otherwise fun. - There are few things to do with little kids on the island so this was great for that. Nice playground with lots of fun stuff and a kids pool inside. The only issue both times we went was the woman who supervises the kids area yells, and I mean YELLS at all the kids about EVERYTHING. “Don’t touch this, don’t go there, don’t slide like that, sit down, no shirts in the pool!!” Etc etc etc. She yelled at multiple kids (ours and others) both times we were there. She came and yelled about the trampoline zipper being zipped up literally while my hand was holding the zipper, in the process of zipping it up. She needs to chill. Aside from her, it was a good experience.

Awful, just the worst - Loterie Farm- Awful, just the worst. Spend your money somewhere else where your business is appreciated. My son hurt his hand and knee on the sharp rocks and started crying. I walk back from helping my husband getting him help with his wheelchair. The bathroom is not accessible, the door is too narrow. The ramp is too steep. I see the waiter who later said he was the manager of the pool area too that was serving our area by the pool. I was shocked he didn't offer my son ice or any help at all. He was sitting by a cabana and watching him instead. I ran to him and asked, “Can I have some ice? My son got hurt” He says to me in a militant tone, annoyed “You can say please. Can you tell him to be quiet. There are other guests here“ demonstrating unacceptably poor people skills. No proactive effort or problem solving just blaming the child. This place is not kid friendly. He escalated the situation. Any parent would lose their temper. He saw that my husband is in a wheelchair and even though so many other people on this Island have offered us help, he couldn’t be bothered. People in wheelchairs, children, the elderly need extra time and flexibility. A place that has so much set up for children hired a staff member that doesn’t show knowledge of basic first aid (ice, bandaid). Most of the staff are very friendly courteous but he is NOT one of them. We have been here before with a great experience. We used to recommend Loterie farm to all of our guests. We talk to a lot of people and will tell them about this day as well. It’s unfortunate that this person was hired at all. Not cooperative or helpful.
