Great trip for the value - Great trip! We went in February so we did not swim but some were brave enough whilst at the Blue Lagoon. The only complaint is that there was crowding and rushing to get on/off the boat. I think seat reservations would help alleviate this rather than it being a rush to the seats and awkwardness/inconsiderate seat saving. Even though the seats were not assigned, people left things on seats to where it was hard to find an open seat as they were constantly “claimed”. Other than that, we really enjoyed the itinerary, how nice the boat was (cool underwater viewing area), and the friendly crew!

Don't miss this trip - Great fun. Definitely would recommend this excursion. The boarding process/ticket redemption needs some work but once you're onboard it is wonderful

Great experience - The boat experience was great!! Super cool staff, we loved it! Predict that it is windy, with a weather of 17 degrees it was perfect for us. If you want to bathe, you better go with higher temperatures

Really enjoyable experience. - This trip was very fun despite the off-season weather during our February stay. The boat crew are very friendly and know what they are doing. The views are very pretty and they provide a brief explanation of each point of interest in multiple various languages. I felt as if I had more than enough in each point of interest. Gozo is also a beautiful place and I would highly recommend visiting the cathedral.

Enjoyable - Loved that the boat had the opportunity to watch the life underwater, windy day but the highlight was the two beautiful dolphins. The only thing that was the least enjoyable were the drivers arranged for us for to continue in Gozo.

Great day out! - Great day out- quite a lot of people (around 200) but a large boat Sea Bird so it didn’t feel cramped and modern. Stopped at Comino for about 75 min and the weather was warm for this time of the year with quite a few people swimming in the sea. The water was clear and you could see fish. Lovely day out

Iffy schedule! Good views. - The views were great and it was so great to be able to reach each sister island of Malta! My only disappointment was with the schedule, it would've been nicer to have the opportunity to swim in the peak hours of the day when the sun was hottest especially in January, since by the time we were able to do so in the evening the sun was setting and we ere getting chilly. Also would've meant we had the rest of the day to dry off in the sun! All in all, good but don't get your hopes up for a swim in january-march since the schedule doesn't help.

Nice trip but probably chaotic during busy times - Overall we had a nice time on the trip however id hate to think what it's like at full capacity in peak season. The boat departs at 10.30am with boarding from 10am. We got there at 10am and quite a few people had already boarded. We were near the front of the queue but there was still a wait to get onboard. Music is played on board which can be quite loud. The seat I chose had a speaker right above so lookout for the speakers if you don't want loud music blasting in your ear hole. The first stop was on Comino. There are around 3/4 food vans and 2 vans serving cocktails in the pineapples. The Captain announces this. Just to give you a heads up there are no prices on the cocktail vans. The first one charges 10 Euro a cocktail in a pineapple. You actually get quite a small amount. There is another cocktail van further up past the toilets. Id suggest you go there as it's less. Also the first van gets really busy as it's the first people see so has large queues. Later on once the queue had gone one of the men working there was smoking whilst preparing the pineapples and you could see cigarette ash falling into the pineapples..gross. Which I'd known before. We stopped her for around an hour and 20 mins then departed for Gozo. We got a minibus into Victoria and had around 2.5hrs . There are food and drinks available on the boat if needed. I really wouldn't like to come during the busy periods. On the way back a stop of at the crystal lagoon which was pointless. The boat just drives a bit into a cove then back to St Paul's bay. In all we did have a nice experience but wouldn't go again. The boat was probably at 75/80% capacity and it felt a bit chaotic/ people shoving trying to get on/off the boat. Everything just felt rushed through out the day also.
