Blue lagoon - Despite the large swell it was a good trip and run professionally. We need more time in Victoria. The lagoon was beautiful.

Great discoveries - We had a wonderful day. .We discovered magnificent places as always. We have wonderful memories of it.

Relaxed and enjoyable day - The boat left on time with a crew of three friendly people. The cruise was introduced with an itinary in English which was clear and concise. After cruising for around 45 minutes we visited the blue lagoon on Comino with 1hr 30mins to explore or swim. Onto Gozo for two hours where a bus was waiting to take us to the Capitol Victoria. Probably not enough time to explore it properly in any detail but certainly enough considering the itinary. The bus was bang on time to take us back to the boat. Leaving Gozo it was onto the caves with a detailed exploration from the boat and lastly onto St Pauls Island for 30 mins. Conclusion; For a boat excursion of which I have been on many in the Medditeranean it would compare favourably in the top 2, if not the best one. A capable efficient crew and Captain throughout. Helpful, Knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend without hesitation.

Incredible thank you Captain Matthew and Crew!!! - Taking the tour with Mermaid Cruises was the highlight to our holiday. Captain Matthew was so welcoming and helpful. He pointed out all the beautiful caves on the way up that we were able to take photos of. Captain Matthew made us feel so comfortable and safe onboard. The crew Jewjew was so pleasant. I would highly recommend cruising with them again. Even though Comino was very busy we were able to stay onboard the boat and jump from the boat to swim. We had lunch in Gozo at the port and rejoined the tour again after roughly 2 hours. St Paul’s Island was really beautiful since no one lives there we had time to walk up to the statue and swim again because it was very hot. Thank you Mermaid Cruises for a wonderful experience!!

The Mermaid Experience - Captain and crew were very good, friendly and informative. Well packed tour however time was a bit short per stop. Would need a little more time to visit the Citadel in Gozo. However voyage was good as the whole experience was good value for money. Well done Mermaid cruises 🏆

Great day on the water - The boat trip was great, and the option to do a bus trip to Gozo’s capital Victoria. The Blue Lagoon was a disappointment - it’s packed with tourists and locals alike and there’s no beach to talk about, just slippery limestone rocks. I would maybe just make a stop there so that people can see it, as it is a famous attraction in Malta, and then take the passengers somewhere where they can be on the beach and swim in peace. I ended up swimming from the boat as I could not find access to the water elsewhere.

Not as advertised - I chose this particular boat tour because they offer a tour in Gozo. When I booked through Tripadvisor I am sure they saw what was the tour I am paying for, when I arrived at the boat I also showed the ticket, they said nothing and at the middle of the tour, at the Comino stop, they came to me saying the tour I booked wasn't available and they don't offer anymore the tour on Gozo. They will take me to Gozo and I will have 2 hours on my own. That was not what I bought. I complaint and they returned me 15€ (we were 3, so 5€ per person) for bus from Mgarr to Victoria. As 2 hours go fast and I didn't want to spend time on buses I took a taxi which cost 35€ from and to Citadell! They should have told me at the moment of booking or at least when I was embarking that the Gozo tour was unavailable and I could have the possibility to ask for a refund and embark in another boat. As I said I chose this boat for the Gozo tour, if not I would have decided for another of the other boats which are bigger and with better conditions. When stop at Comino this boat don't have conditions for you to stay at the boat while the bigger one have a deck with chairs and plenty of space. Dissapointing!
