Highlights
- Bugibba - Boarding begins at 09:30 am and closes at 09:50 am. We begin the cruise at 10:00 am sharp from the beautiful seaside town of Bugibba.
- Blue Lagoon - You will board the boat at 09:30am at Bugibba Jetty. The boat leaves the jetty at 10:00am sharp and sets out for the full day cruise. Cruising up to the first stop you will have a spectacular views of the stunning Maltese coastline. We are a smaller boat which means you will be able to enter into the caves at no extra charge. and will have the opportunity to take pictures. Your first stop will be at the famous Blue Lagoon Comino. You can swim, snorkel & dive into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Once docked at Comino you can dive and jump from the boat. Or how about discovering the land of Comino by foot. For lunch there is a snack bar onboard where you can purchase food and drink and toilet facilities are available.
- Island of Gozo - The second stop is at Mgarr Harbour, Gozo. As the boats cruises into the harbour we recommend you have your cameras at the ready to take pictures of the breath taking Island of Gozo. There will be a bus waiting for you to explore the Capital City of Gozo, Victoria. You can check out the Victoria Markets, or the Cittadella 15th Century or enjoy a bite to eat at the local Gozitan restaurants. Have fun exploring and immersing yourself in the Gozitan culture. After roughly 2 hours you will then return back to the harbour to continue your boat cruise. On the way back down to Malta the boat cruises to view the caves in either St Marys caves or Crystal Lagoon caves (weather dependent) before stopping at your next destination.
- St Paul’s Islands - You will stop in the historical islands of St Pauls for 30 minutes. You’ll have the opportunity to swim to freshen up or take a trek up to see the famous statue of St Paul on the secluded island. The captain will beep the horn and we will return you back to the island of Malta. On your return to Malta you can view the Maltese coastline and beautiful town of Bugibba. We will arrive back at 5pm, when your delightful day on the Mermaid will come to an end.

Good day out - The trip on this medium sized boat was very good value. Drinks available on board (& a loo) - some shaded space provided. The captain was very charming & his small crew helpful & efficient.
The Blue Lagoon is very crowded so better to swim near the boat than try to find a spot on the tiny beach.
There are a couple of places to eat near the harbour in Gozo but not too much else to see or do. We walked up the hill to the church and found a small rocky cove at the back of a car park to swim in. There is an optional extra of a short bus ride to Victoria to see the shops.
The limestone caves are quite impressive but not deep.

Great tour! - Great our, really enjoyed it. It's a small boat so you will go a bit slower but I wanted it chill so it was nice. We were about 40 people and the boat has a bathroom and they sell some drinks. We visited the Blue Lagoon, Gozo with bus, some caves, and St Paul's Island on the way. We always left right on time and the bus in Gozo to Victoria was definitely worth it. The time there was enough for me, maybe a bit short, but I also didn't go into any museum or anything. Overall, great experience. I'm glad I only had a short stop at the Blue Lagoon because it's definitely overrun by tourists.

Great experience! The bus... - Great experience! The bus was definitely worth it to make it to Victoria on Gozo and explore the Citadel and the main plaza. Time felt about right for not going into any museums and just walking around, otherwise, you might want a bit more time on Gozo. The boat leaves right on time which I really liked, regardless if people make it or not (their problem). The boat is small and we were about 40 people so it takes a bit to go from island to island. If you want a faster right, that might be not the tour for you but I looked for a chill experience so I really enjoyed it. The Blue Lagoon is very overun and I'm glad I went on to Gozo and didn't spend all day there. Overall, I can recommend this tour, had a really great time!

The Mermaid Experience - Captain and crew were very good, friendly and informative. Well packed tour however time was a bit short per stop. Would need a little more time to visit the Citadel in Gozo. However voyage was good as the whole experience was good value for money. Well done Mermaid cruises 🏆
