The Haunted History of St Petersburg - Ghost tours are fun in the sense that you get to walk around the city and learn a bit of history - and hear some fun ghost stories at the same time. And since I am here in Florida on business it was nice to take a day off and enjoy the city. Our guide was great. Jan dressed up in costume and made it fun. It reminded me of when I was younger and would hear stories from my grandmother…so it was sort of intimate, especially since we had such a small group. My only note would be that it started at 8pm on Saturday. Of course it makes sense to do it in the evening due to the nature of the event but St Petersburg is an active city with the nightlife and so it was rather crowded and noisy and so I feel like we kind of had to work around the crowds. It did not ruin the experience, just wanted to inform in case you booked the tour on the weekend. Other than that…have fun, enjoy and learn the haunted history of St Petersburg.

Guide Jan committed to the role - Had a good time on the Thursday evening tour. Jan did a good job greeting each of the tour guests as we arrived. Bonus that she was dressed as an apparition herself. That definitely added to the enjoyment, with reactions from passersby. The stories and anecdotes met the high standard I've come to expect on these US Ghost Adventures tours. Recommend the stop at Jannus Live be eliminated or avoided. There's no reason to leave the public sidewalk and cause unnecessary friction with venue security.
