Great Experience! - My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers (18 and 15) booked this excursion for our cruise. We decided we wanted to book separately from the NCL excursions, and we did not regret it! The communication was great, we had a driver waiting outside the cruise ship for us, and our tour guide was awesome! Since we booked directly through the Virgin Island Ecotours, we got the tour to ourselves and our tour guide was able to thoroughly explain everything at our pace. If you aren't familiar with how to use a kayak, we were able to practice a little before we went into the mangroves. The kayaking part was fun and we kayaked for about 20-30 minutes to get to the hermit crab area, not rushing. The tour guide carried some chocolate and threw it on the ground, and we got to watch the hermit crabs eat the chocolate and we were able to do a hermit crab race. Then, we hiked for about 10-15 minutes, going slowly, through the island, and went to the blowhole and the view was amazing! We took some pictures before heading back and getting our snorkeling gear. The snorkeling part was fun and there was a lot of coral and different fishes, even a shark that we got to see. We spent about 20 minutes snorkeling before heading back to the kayaks, where when we arrived, our tour guide offered us water and chocolates, and we spent about another 20-30 minutes going back to the docks. Of all of the excursions on our trip, this one was definitely our favorite!

A great multi adventure outing. - Saquon and Stefanie were informative, enthusiastic and helpful. Kayaking through the lagoon was lovely, the hike to the blowhole was pretty and the water calm for snorkeling. The only downside was there were few fish and no coral.

Amazing, but definitely strenuous! - Excellent experience, but not for the out of shape. Involves significant kayaking and swimming with a life vest. Our guides, Jvante and Kas were knowledgeable and patient and made this a truly unforgettable experience.
