We fly in a lying position, head first like a bird from Mt Stanserhorn on almost 2000m over a breathtaking panorama of blue lakes and high mountains.
Our pilots are professionals and have more than 30 years of experience.
No previous experience is necessary. You only need to run 3-4 steps with us at the start and we will take off.
Whether fast and upside down or cruising along comfortably, our pilots are happy to adapt to your wishes.
The flight lasts a minimum of 20 up to 60 minutes depending on the conditions. We use all our experience and fly with you as long as possible.
As an option you get high resolution pictures and videos of your unique adventure.
Choose your clothing based on the current weather and temperatures.
You are welcome to bring a small backpack for your essentials on the way.
It is worth to be there early. The view from up there is breathtaking.
After a soft landing in Stans we will take you back to the bottom station of Mt Stanserhorn cable car.

We meet at the booked time on Mt Stanserhorn at the top station.
The bottom station of Mt Stanserhorn cable car can be reached by train or car from Lucerne in 15 minutes.
The ride up to Mt Stanserhorn takes 25 minutes.

Great - He was very specific on where to meet. All communication with him was quick and easy. He did great explaining everything before the flight. The flight itself was amazing and worth it.

Must-Do Activity in Lucerne - I could not recommend Birdlike Hand Gliding more! Such a unique and beautiful way to see lake Lucerne and the surrounding areas!

First Class - Everything about the experience was first class. From the flight to the communication, I was even able to store my motorcycle gear at the base of the Stanserhorn Cable car. Highly recommend the experience, Fredy was amazing.

Flight of a lifetime! - My 20-year-old daughter and her friend loved this experience! It was the highlight of her summer! I would definitely recommend this. Worth every penny! The videos are amazing.

A must do experience! - What an amazing experience, definitely a must do! My flight with Fredy was so fun. His communication prior to arrival was great. The flight was very thrilling, yet safe.

Hang gliding - Highly recommended, Fredy and Roman did a great job, we felt very comfortable...
They took their time and responded to our different needs!

Incredible Experience of Flying with Breath Taking Views! - An incredible experience of flying with Fredy. It is an amazing feeling being up there! Initial case of disbelief of what you are seeing from an actual bird’s eye view to just pure wonder and joy.
Felt super safe from start to finish and the landing is very soft and smooth. With brilliant instructions and a test run through of the run and leap we do off the side of the mountain, to how to best position yourself, so you have best comfort, was all very reassuring.
There are optional trick moves at the end that I opted in for and they were absolutely thrilling! Again feeling the fun and excitement of it but knowing I was safe. There are hooks on Fredy’s suit that you can hold onto for extra comfort during the whole ride if needed or during the ‘rock and roll’ optional movements. Rollercoasters will be so easy now after this ultimate experience!
Fredy himself is very easy to communicate with. He is professional, clearly very experienced, friendly and super welcoming and this makes the whole experience safe but a huge amount of fun too!
The optional video/photo package was definitely worth it, as it has been such a pleasure to recall and also share the memories with friends and family. Wonderful moments that I would love to do again and fully recommend!
Also the view from the Mountain Stanserhorn is absolutely stunning both on land and in the air! :)

Great experience you will never forget - Fredy and Roman took great care of us. From prior to the flight (Fredy answered every one of my messages quickly and diligently) to getting ready for the flight to the flight itself. They made us feel safe and comfortable, which was important because this was our first time hang gliding. If you are even thinking about doing something like this, DO IT. You will remember and cherish it for the rest of your life, and if you do not do it, you will regret it. Life and health are fleeting. Do exhilarating things like this while you can.
