Our journey begins with a ride on the historic Corcovado Rail, which meanders through the pristine Tijuca National Park’s Atlantic rainforest, advancing us to one of the most breathtaking vistas at the mountain’s summit! After marveling at Corcovado and the statue of Christ, both must-see attractions, we’ll proceed to our subsequent destination.
Next, we’ll delve into the Historic Downtown, an area rich in five centuries of narrating history, as we stroll past numerous structures and churches dating back to the imperial era, leading up to the revitalized Olympic Boulevard quarters.
The final feather in the cap will be a cable car trip up Sugar Loaf Mountain, promising a splendid afternoon spent at one of Rio’s most exclusive locations!
