A tour that truly goes above and beyond the highest of expectations! - This was truly an excellent tour that let's you experience and breathe in some of Rio de Janeiro's most important landmarks while saving you a ton of time that you would otherwise have spent waiting in lines, and also a ton of money, since the tickets alone cost more than what the tour does, and the tour provides so much more value on top of the amazing sights alone. You get picked up right at your hotel, and dropped off right at your hotel after the day is done. Our guide, Rafael Luis, was not only highly knowledgeable and eager to answer any follow up questions, but also a very fun and down to earth person who went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had any and every need taken care of at all times, from taking photos and videos, to helping us charge our phones, and much more. The itinerary itself was excellent, with each stop being really fascinating and breathtaking. The lunch that was included was a very decent all you can eat buffet. Overall, the value for money that this tour provides is incredible, and the experience was unforgettable. I couldn't recommend this tour and this guide more!

Best guide tour in Rio - Thanks to our driver and to our top guide Rafael, we spent a wonderful day in Rio. We saw so many places with a great description from Rafael in many languages and with his enthusiasm, we really enjoyed the experience. Anxious to do a new one!

Most excellent day in Rio - The tour was excellent guided by Rafael Luis. He explained each landmark and answered every question in Portuguese and English. We went to Christ the redeemer, Cathedral, Sugar Loaf and had a great Brazilian buffet to eat. It was a Great day in Rio thanks to Rafael.

Full fun day! Great guide! Excellent value! (Sugarloaf, Christ the Redeemer by Corcovado train, Selaron steps lunch etc) - We liked this tour in particular as we did the lunch but not the football stadium but we also did the Corcovado train which was good for our groups preferences. We had a full day which was very interesting. Practically no waiting to access the attractions - great service! The selection of sights ensured we saw everything we wanted in one day. The price was good value. Wesley our very knowledgeable guide gave us some great tips at different locations to make the best of the experience at each point. He is patient with the right balance of knowledge and fun. He kept our group together and was able to manage moving us seamlessly across all the different locations. We would recommend this tour operator- and most of all, we highly recommend Wesley!

Think twice - Did this tour a few days ago. It’s more of a transfer between the stops. There is no guidance when you get to each stop you just explore yourself. Your guide was extremely rude, to the point where he got aggressive when you asked a question. Tour was also 90% Spanish and 10% English. Would not recommend at all

Terrible, don’t waste your time. - It is a shame that I have to give them one star at all. Be warned this is advertised as a city tour with several stops. Once in the bus you will notice 19 seats for customers. 7 of them you can’t see out the window. The last two rows are above the windows and the other seats. You have to try and bend over and really contort your body to see out of the bus. You have no control over what seats you pick because it is based on when they pick people up. If you are closer to the excursion, you will be picked up last and have no choice where to sit. I reached out to the company after the tour and two days later they still refuse to answer my email. I had to get Viator involved and they gave me a refund based on the bus not being as advertised. I wouldn’t have purchased tickets if I had known 7 out of 19 seats can’t see out of the bus. Plus you have no guarantee to even sit with your party. Tour guide was very rude and didn’t offer much knowledge about the tour. The only thing he said about the Christ the Redeemer was that the head and hands were from France. Never said why it was there, how big it was or anything like that. Every stop we had another person on the tour was late and he couldn’t do anything about it. The last stop one couple was 30 min late. He even told them over the phone we had to leave, and he still waited. He refused to tell me where the bus was so we could leave. This company should be forced to use a better bus or advertise that not every seat will have a comfortable view out. If the company answers this review and says any part is untrue, I have proof they are full of it.
