Kevin O. - I went on the Tijuca Forrest and Hang gliding tours with Raphael. Raphael was very friendly and personable. He speaks English very well who he’d helped so much. He is from Rio and knew so much about his home. From the very moment he picked us up he started pointing things out and giving us facts and the history or Rio. We had many stops in the Tijuca Forest. He didn’t rush us on the stops either, which was very important to me! He even took pictures of my friends and I. He is a great photographer by the way. Ask to see his Instagram photos. His van was clean and new. I was nervous with the Hang gliding but he explained things and tried his best to calm my nerves. I’m so happy I went though because it was the experience of a lifetime! He even went above and beyond for me. I had a friend who visited Rio a month after I left and he helped me surprise her with a wonderful basket of fruit, chocolate, and wine! I really enjoyed my time with Raphael and will definitely book more tours with him. So happy I crossed paths with him.
