Packed car and fogged windows - I guess you pay for the convenience knowing everything is taken care of. But be warned, we were packed in a 6 seater car with luggage on your laps and bigger luggage on the roof. It was raining and they made an effort to covers the bags but my stuff got completely drenched. Onto of that the cars Ac wasn’t working which meant the windows fogged up to a point were the driver was struggling to see. He did his best but it was a very dangerous situation that the company need to fix. Accident waiting to happen.

Not recommended - We booked the transfer on Viator for 13:00 but the van arrived at 15:15. In the middle of the way we changed the car and the second van was quite terrible with almost no air condition & dirty.

Worst experience ever - The organization was horrible. They told us the pick up time only at 6am in the morning of our transfer day. Additionally we booked the 8.30 Time slot and got pocket up at 10am as the first ones in our van. Then we drove through the city and picked up people until 1:30 and drove then towards ilha grande. I do not recommend them!

Management lies and threats!! - Disgusting company. We booked a transfer from Copacabana to Ihla Grande with the expectation of a comfortable mini bus as depicted in all adverts and communications. Instead, a very old 7-seater car turns up. The back 2 seats folded up in the boot and had no room for any kind of comfort during the journey. All luggage was strapped to the roof. When we raised the issues with the company via WhatsApp, they told initially told us that we were lying. We then asked if there was any alternative, or if they would provide a refund of some kind due to mis-selling to which we started receiving threats. Firstly, they called the driver and told him to throw us out of the car and abandon us in the middle of nowhere. Along with the other people in the car, we managed to convince the driver not too as this would have been extremely dangerous in an unsafe part of Rio. We were then threatened with legal action if we wrote any kind of negative review, but the world works differently to that, so I will share my experience so everyone knows what kind of company you are dealing with.
