Tijuca Forest Challenge Full-Day Hike - a great experience all round - A fabulous day out. Ricardo our lead for the day was excellent. It was a small group (5) which we really liked. The views were amazing from the top. It was great to experience the rainforest not far from the centre of Rio. The waterfall at the end was lovely after several hours trekking

Safe and Beautiful Experience, Professional Guide - I spent a wonderful day in the company of guys I met on the spot. Thiago, our Guide, picked us up (each in his own hotel) to take us directly to the starting point of the hike. It was a continuous lesson that took place in a very natural way that touched not only the forest of Tijuca but also the history of Brazil and the most recent topics. We talked in English all the time thanks to the excellent Guide level. The day flies away which is a pleasure, you can admire waterfalls, plants, trees and if you are lucky animals in addition to truly breathtaking views of Rio. It takes a minimum of training but it is nothing that difficult and above all everything is always safe, you just need to bring water, food, sunscreen and necessarily anti-insect spray. Recommendation to wear long pants. Ah bring your swimsuit that at the end of the trip you swim in the waterfall. Thank you Thiago for the beautiful memory. A beautiful
