Great experiencie! - Junior was incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. It’s clear he’s a local who truly knows the region and has a genuine passion for ecotourism. He shared a wealth of knowledge with us about the local fauna and flora, and was always eager to offer great tips for exploring the area. His good humor made the experience even more enjoyable, and he even recommended some excellent restaurants afterward. The trail itself was definitely intense, but well worth it. Junior guided us to some truly stunning spots, and the hike was impressively well-organized. We were able to see a lot in a relatively short amount of time, thanks to the thoughtful planning behind the route. I highly recommend it!

Amazing hike ti Tijuaca peak with Jalmir! - Had an incredible time hiking Tijuca Peak with Jalmir as our guide! From the start, he was super friendly and made the experience really enjoyable. It was a small group of just Jalmir+ three of us, which made it feel even more special—especially since the trail was so peaceful after Carnival! The hike itself was well-paced and not rushed, with plenty of time to take in the views and enjoy the journey. We stopped by the waterfalls twice—once at the start and again after the hike, for those who wanted to take a dip. Such a refreshing way to end the adventure! Jalmir was fantastic—he shared great recommendations on must-try food in Rio, and we had a great chat along the way. Plus, he even took photos of us, so we could fully enjoy the moment without worrying about capturing it ourselves. If you’re looking for a scenic, well-guided, and fun hike in Rio, I highly recommend this one! Thanks, Jalmir, for an unforgettable experience! 🌿🏔️✨

Great hike and experience - Jalmir was a great tour guide and photographer. He was prompt in meeting us and taking us to the location. I was a bit scared by the stairs and chain portion of the hike to get all the way to the peak, but pushed through the steep stairs and was very happy. The whole thing took around 2 hours up (steep climb) and an hour ish down. Highly recommend!

A scenic hike through the rainforest up to fantastic views. - This is a gorgeous hike through the rain forest. It definitely requires a level of fitness as the climb is steep in some places and lengthy, with fantastic steps at the end. Sadly we went up on a rainy, misty day so we couldn't see what is probably a fantastic view through the clouds. But you can't predict the weather and the climb was still worth it. Especially as we were a very small group.
